   Eating at The Waterhouse Project is always a special experience. The food is sublime & unlike anything I’ve eaten elsewhere. It’s a set menu with paired wines & the thought & creativity that has developed the unique dishes is down to the super talented Gabriel. The dishes are complex yet balanced & delicious. The whole team are personable, friendly & knowledgeable. Michelin star quality food

   Absolutely outstanding restaurant. Have a few times and this time we took our daughter who just turned 18. They overdelivered yet again!

   Went for my wife’s birthday, and it was perfect. First the space is amazing, which provides a great ambience. The service is easily the best in ever experienced, and the food, well, every dish is a delight. Highly recommend.

   One of the best places I have been in London - very intimate and the quality of food and service was outstanding. It is a unique experience, thanks to TWHP to giving us this experience

    It was a wonderfull experience for the taste buds ! two remarks : - 10 little plates is still too much, very good, but too much - 6 drinks is too much too
