Felix has been a pioneer in giving cider and perry the recognition they deserve, working with outstanding producers like Wilding, Oliver’s and Find & Foster – all crafting beautiful ciders using natural fermentation, ancient orchards and century-old trees. These ciders and perry are refined, complex and unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere. This is a unique chance to explore the best of British cider in the setting it deserves.

Behind x The Water House Project Sunday 6th July | One Table | 1pm | £100pp On Sunday 6th July, The Water House Project will host a special one-off collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Andy Beynon of Behind. Long-time friends and mutual admirers, Andy and Gabriel have often spoken about joining forces for a menu focused on seafood—this summer, it's finally happening. The lunch will be an intimate affair, with just 24 guests seated around a single table at The Water House Project. The menu — 11 servings — will be split evenly, with half the dishes prepared by Andy and half by Gabriel and the TWHP team. While their cooking styles are distinct, the two share a great deal in common: both opened their restaurants just before the pandemic, both are entirely self-funded and independent, and both draw from classical roots to create thoughtful, seasonal cooking that celebrates British produce. This will be a relaxed, generous service—a chance to experience two approaches to seafood, side by side, in one sitting. One sitting only — 1pm. Bookings now open.
