The Water House Project is open for dinner Wednesday - Saturday 7pm and lunch on Saturday & Sunday at 1pm.

Founded by Chef Gabriel Waterhouse and Patricia Wakaimba, each service comprises exclusively of a single tasting menu with guests served at the same time. For this reason we require all guests to arrive on time. Our doors are open 15 minutes before if you wish to arrive early.

If you have any dietary requirements these must be noted during the booking process or emailed to us 48 hours before hand. If you are making a group reservation please note the requirements of your entire group. For group bookings larger than 6 people, please email us on enquiries@thewaterhouseproject.com

Our second visit and once again a fabulous evening - wonderfully creative and delicious food and inspired wine pairings. The staff are exceptional - thank you for making this my favourite restaurant in London.

Best meal in east London by a whisker (Behind is up there too!) Everything is sublime from the minute you walk in. If I was a zillionaire I'd eat here every week.

This was our second time and we had a lovely experience, the food is excellent and so was the non-alcoholic wine pairing. We were a bit disappointed with the wine pairing option which - except for one wine - did not meet our expectations. We were seated in the middle of the room on a rectangular table and somewhat uncomfortable chairs, which detracted from the overall experience. We asked to be moved to a more comfortable round table with better chairs, but unfortunately we were told it was not possible. All in all it was a lovely night and the team is always kind and attentive!

Amazing experience at TWHP. Very welcoming environment, great spacing between tables. The best is the drink pairings which helps to level up the whole experience - we tried both alcohol and non-alcohol.

The food is phenomenal. Every dish had us in awe at how creative it was. The staff could not be more friendly and the chefs were hugely accommodating making a second non-nut option for my husband. This was our second visit and we will most definitely be back!
