    This is a great restaurant, the food quality is fantastic and the service is world class. The Vintage is our favorite restaurant in Shreveport and we always eat there when we're in the area.

    Crab cakes were fabulous! Tha lamb chops were so-so. The presentation was very elementary ( two gray cops on a large white plate with a small sprig of rosemary), my 4 year old could have done better. The chops were gray without any searing or evidence of grilling. Don’t waste your money on the lamb chops. The steaks were good and cooked perfectly. We ordered the caramel cheese cake. The cake part was creamy and really good, but the caramel was not caramel at all. It was thick dry brown sugar with pecans. The only thing good about the desert was that it was free because of a birthday. Maybe it will better for someone else.

    ALWAYS a great experience. Great staff (like now our friends Marco and Ben) who make EVERYONE feel special (and happy to be there.). Good job to Manager Mike whom we didn’t see this trip but saw him coming In Friday afternoon. Seems your staff wears all kinds of “hats” and happy to do it.

    Very visit to The Vintage is always exceptional, best steaks, salad and services, we have had different waiters, but the one we always try to get is Marco. We will always make is a point to eat at The Vintage when visiting Bally's in Shreveport.

    We have stayed at Bally's multiple times but have always arrived too late to have dinner at The Vintage. We were so excited that we were finally able to eat there this time! It was everything we expected and more! The atmosphere was calm and charming. The service was impeccable! The food was incredible! If you have the chance to eat here, do it! It is pricey, but worth the experience and the food!

    Vintage never disappoints! I can say that I'm sad to see that they no longer serve marinated crab claws, but that won't keep us away! Our server, Eddie, and helper, Cayden (I believe was his name), we're both attentive and gave great service! I ordered the Snapper Orleans, and my husband ordered the 10oz filet with cheese grits and roasted corn. We enjoyed every bite! We love the bread and butter options too! This will always be our favorite spot!

    The filet was out of the world and the service was first class!! They were having issues with their connectivity and had to run credit cards old school and they handled it with class and so much professionalism! I will be back!

    Mark is constantly on top of things. He runs a tight ship. We always look forward to have dinner at the Vintage. Mark has an infectious personality and always eager to make sure the customer is satisfied with everything. We will continue to eat at the Vintage when we come again to Bally’s casino.     Great experience. Waitstaff was impeccable. Good selection and presentation was excellent. Tried the rib eye, lamb chops and salmon. Crème brûlée with fresh berries was enough for up to four.

    Eddie is a super person for the job. He has an outstanding personality and every time we eat there we ask for Eddie. He is a keeper. Martin has an outstanding staff and always eager to assist customers in any way he can to make sure they are service well.

    This was my first experience at Vintage and they did not disappoint at all! From the minute we stepped in, we were treated awesome! Our waiter and his helper were superb in every way! The food was to die for! I had a ribeye steak and it was delish!!!! The wine was great as well!

    We have finally found a true fine dining experience in Shreveport. The service and ambiance met and exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent. Our server, Edin, was excellent. It was refreshing to have fine dinner where the service complemented the cuisine. Our table was cleared promptly and efficiently. Edin regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. The ambiance was subdued and elegant. There weren’t tvs and bright lights for our fine dinner unlike another place in town that pretends to be upscale. We would recommend this establishment to anyone unlike a few others that we’ve tried. The hostesses even thanked us and wished us a nice evening. Service is key and Vintage makes an effort to excel.

    Food was excellent as always. Some had seafood some had steaks all were very satisfied with their choices. As usual,, Ben did an excellent job. The young man that helped Ben also was excellent. Thanks for a great birthday experience!

    Anniversary dinner. We requested Dino as our server and he was great as always. The helper, I’m sorry I do not remember his name, was great as well. Both were very attentive as we’ve always experienced at The Vintage. This restaurant has always been most consistent in delivering great food, great service, and a great experience. This is our favorite restaurant in town by far. Thank you once again for a wonderful dinner and a wonderful experience that keeps us looking forward to coming back time and time again.     The lambchops were flavorful and tender. Loved the sauteed spinach! Was disappointed in the filet..not seasoned and not worth the price. Very good ambience. Perfect for a romantic couple's night out.

    Ben was our waiter, and our experience has always been wonderful with him. He has a great memory and remembered how we like our Filets cooked. We first had French Onion soup. After our steaks, we had Crème Brûlée. If you are ever there for a birthday dinner, Ben also has a wonderful voice when he sings Happy Birthday. He truly is an asset to Bally’s. 5 star dining at its best.
