I haven't been to the View since Covid, when you had to buy your food at the bar and sit outside and eat from a to go container. It's much better now! Seated immediately, great service, good food. I really don't care for the serving salmon and mased potatoes in a bowl though, it doesn't look good and isn't the right way to present this, IMO. The cheeseburger was great, and my shrimp linguine was perfect. The shrimp were not overcooked, and the pasta was al dente. Our server was on point, she is a hard working kid. We'll be back.

Salmon salmon salmon salmon. If I didn’t say it yet, SALMON!!!! That ginger sauce and wasabi is unreal. We also tried the most amazing calamari I’ve ever had. The combo was magnificent. We also tried some cocktails that were out of this world!!!!

We had the Halibut and New York Steak. Both were perfect in every way. Had a bottle of fantastic wine and they greeted us with Champagne since they knew we had gotten married at Chaminade 10 years ago. The Chef came out and said hello and congratulations. I was emotional at the table. Bravo.

We went in because we hadn’t been in years. There’s a buzz around town about this place. We blew it off for years. Boy were we surprised. It was phenomenal and better than anything else in Santa Cruz. Full of wharf and copycats, this place was none of that. This is our new spot.

Crab cakes, Wild Salmon abs Sticky Toffee were all tasty! Didn’t get the name of our server (long dark hair with bandana), but she was excellent! She was very attentive, kind and made it a wonderful experience!

It was my husband birthday and the plates were all mixed up. We all got our food apart from him. They did try to adjust the bill which we were grateful for but still put a sour vibe on the ending experience. We all asked for medium burgers and they were all so over done!!

Our waiter was amazing unfortunately he was understaffed in the kitchen and it took over an 2 hours for our food. He was very apologetic but his manager was not helpful however they did comp the food at the end the food was amazing just need better management
