The Afternoon Tea experience had lots of excellent tea selections, whether that be with or without caffeine, and even for someone who doesn’t like tea, such as myself. The savoury, sweet and scone selection was very tasty and well paired. We will absolutely be coming back as it was a great price and an overall great experience for anyone!

We have been to Vanitea on several occasions, usually for special occasions. As usual, the food was delicious (afternoon tea) and the service was outstanding (the server went out of her away to accommodate my daughter's dairy allergy).

This was our first "Afternoon Tea" experience and I'm glad we tried it. The price was a little high for what we got, and the service was kind but a little disorganized which lowered our enjoyment slightly when compared to the cost. We felt very fancy and the space and ambiance were gorgeous - very Instagrammable and the staff were all very friendly and nice. A few of the desserts on our "Tower" were dry enough that we didn't eat them, and we were not offered our bottomless Mimosa's (for Mothers Day) which also helped make us feel like the value for what we were paying was lowered - by the time we were able to flag down a server to order them we were nearing the end of our meal and no one had checked in yet at that point. The tea options were plentiful and the humidor style boxes to smell them is genius. I'm not sure that I would go back for the Afternoon Tea experience, but I would gladly go back for brunch or a different visit.

Very busy little restaurant last weekend and was very keen on enjoying the wonderful gluten free brunch and afternoon tea experience with my cousins and niece. Thank you for a great service (despite how busy you all were.)

We went on the busy time on Saturday. We made the reservation but we were asked to come in 30 min later than the time we booked and waited another 15 min at the door due to high volume of people. The food was little pricey but it was made fancy and afternoon tea sets were beautiful and yummy! It was still busy when we entered so the volume was little overwhelming but eventually calm down. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication between staff, we didn’t get the surprise birthday cake I’ve ordered when I made reservation over the phone but we enjoyed our time, atmosphere, food and service.

Food was amazing as well as drink selection. The environment is beautiful and would serve as a great spot for chatty gatherings. The small space does make it get loud pretty quickly, not ideal if you are sound sensitive.

Excellent brunch experience. Organized a get together for my expecting wife and her friends and I and vanitea took very good care of her and. Beautiful location. Excellent variety for gluten free and vegetarian options.

If you want to feel boujie (not on a budget) this is the place to be. We reserved a table for 4 which came with bottomless mimosas and 3 course set menu, $69 per person including tip. The service was amazing; they accommodated a last minute gluten allergy and my friends were late to the reservation. The server was super understanding and didn’t rush us, so we definitely appreciated all of this. We started with scones (they were tiny - pictured in the cage) with a very modest serving of preserves for 4 people. The second course you could choose one of two options from the set menu, both are pictured. We got 3 eggs Benny at our table and everyone’s poached eggs were hard (we wanted runny yolk, maybe ask for that specifically if that’s what you want as the server didn’t ask). My partner also had a tiny serving of preserves with his meal (as seen in the photo). We asked for more preserves for my partners extra scones that came with his meal and they allowed that- so thank you! Overall we were expecting more bang for our buck. We found that the cost for the amount and quality of food didn’t add up, however the atmosphere and bottomless mimosas was exactly what we needed. We will be returning for the vibes and nibbles but eating a meal elsewhere as the cost for value didn’t make sense.
