The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

    The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

    As always, the overall experience was outstanding. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly person who said she recognized our name from previous reservations. Our party of 6 had our own private room with 2 servers who were friendly and helpful. Ambience was perfect for our group. My husband and I usually have dinner at the bar so this was a surprising change. Food was as delicious as ever. It was a perfect birthday celebration!

    Excellent!!! Sat at the bar in comfy, velvet, wing-backed chairs. Brett provided incredible service. Drinks were fantastic and the food was incredible. Lamb chops and braised short ribs are not to be missed. Spinach and Gouda dip was so good you’ll be scraping the pan. This place is a gem and we will be back…often.

    Excellent experience. Service was outstanding, you can tell this is a well managed restaurant. Menu items were interesting and quality Excellent. The bar makes craft style drinks individually, very good. Highly recommend for a special night out.

    Brett was an amazing host for the Bourbon experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our time! Will definitely come back when we are in the area again!

    I was there with my best friends for my 46th birthday and Conner took care of us exceptionally well. The food was amazing per usual….. the jalapeño margarita that was made was fabulous! And for dessert, we had the espresso martinis that were just amazing. Conner was exceptional with service descriptions interaction, and just lovely. He helped us out tremendously with selecting the ribeye and the Bronzino.

    My wife and I went for my birthday. We were kindly greeted at the door by the hostess and both waiters Autumn and Joey that we had were excellent, courteous, and very informative as they went over the menu with us and made some great recommendations and answering all of our questions. The service was excellent and they really made me feel special when they brought out a complimentary dessert for my birthday. The noise level in the restaurant was not too loud and not too quiet it was perfect for having conversation.
