   This is our second time at Urban Stillhouse. Our second trip was slightly disappointing. I wasn't a fan of any of the cocktail offerings. We had this reservations for several months, yet had to sit at the bar tables. The bar tables are backless chairs. Super uncomfortable considering the price you're paying for the overall meal and experience.

   Admittedly, it was the memorial day weekend, however, when we arrived at the restaurant, there were not that many people there. We had a two person serving team for the two of us and unfortunately, the service was very slow. We ordered appetizers and a drink, and the server forgot to order one of our appetizers. I love the ambience of the entire place, but they need to work on their server skills. Personally, I’d rather go to a restaurant that has decent median food level and good service instead of a great menu with poor service. We left a tip anyway but I’ll wait for a while before I go back.

   This was my 6th time I’ve been to your restaurant and every time I’ve been there it’s been outstanding. I love the atmosphere, food, drinks and service. I can’t wait to go again.

   We did the Whiskey tasting and paid over $50 per person after tip and tax. We thought it would just be a simple tasting (with lots of options since we paid so much), but there were only three samples!!!! Then the bartender unexpectedly jumped into a story about 9/11 without any explanation? Nothing against that but at no point did he say why he was telling that story and spent 30 min gabbing about the war in Afghanistan before he even mentioned horses OR allowed us to sip on the second of three whiskey samples. It was enraging. When someone made a joke about when the heck would we get to try the next whiskey, the whole room laughed, we were all on the same page that we didn't get why he was verbally holding us hostage before the second whiskey. It's frustrating bc no where did it mention that the whiskey tasting had a whole story component that we had to sit thru. If the bartender would have simply explained that the story was related to the founding of the Horse Soldier whiskey company, maybe it would have made more sense but I felt like he was just wasting time in order to make the whiskey tasting last a full hour..... No speech or story is ever good if the speaker is just trying to run out the clock.... We really thought Urban Stillhouse was cool but this was our first experience here and we likely won't be returning because of it.

   We LOVED our experience at Urban Stillhouse. We live about 35 minutes away and had never heard of it until we were given a gift card. Everything from our amazing drinks (several recommended from our bartender), appetizer, entree, and dessert was so good. Definitely created returning customers. We will be back soon!

    Urban Stillhouse has an amazing look and feel. However, there operations are woefully lacking hospitality. They sat us 20 minutes behind schedule, without an apology or acknowledgement of the gap in time. Next, they sat us at a table that was in the main walk way. We had patrons walking in front and behind us, until we had to move the entire table of 5, but 8 chairs out of the main flow of traffic. Why sit a table of 5 at an 8 top? Interesting fact, my one and only reservation requests, (which I know cannot always be honored), was to please not place us in a main travel path for staff or patrons. The front of house team, headed by Stephanie was discourteous, millennial, and don’t have a clue about hospitality. Some advice: read the reservation requests, acknowledge them, and if it cannot be met inform the guest of it so you set the expectation.🤦🏻‍♂️ The service team of Tom and Dave was sufficient. Kinda awkward and unprofessional at times. Felt like they tried rushing the party through the process, but corrected once given direction. However, again asked them to let their team members know not to pass behind the table unless it was to serve the table - simple request not met🤷🏻‍♂️ The food was decent. Came out quick and efficient, but was not fresh tasting, lacked a bit of presentation continuity, and was tap warm which detracted from the fresh cooked feel. My party is sober, and this is a Stillhouse. None of their desserts come NA, it’s rum, filthy cherries, and cognac galore. I can’t recommend Urban Stillhouse to the sober or the OpenTable community. The lack of professionalism, delay in seating, and the service teams failure to listen. Even after I informed them the table did not imbibe, they still had the audacity to suggest Tiramisu. 🙅🏻

    Outstanding experience! Highly recommend the bourbon tasting, it was fascinating to learn the story behind Horse Soldier. Afterwards we had a lovely dinner that was absolutely delicious and the service was topnotch.

    This is our sixth time to USH, only this time we brought some friends from out of town. USH did not disappoint anyone at the table, at first site (inside and outside) the place is perfect, the service and food finish off this amazing place with 5 stars all the way around. Can’t forget about their amazing cocktails too, truly the best around.

    Enjoyed a nice evening here. Server was great & kept things at a nice pace - never felt rushed. Would go back again for the lamb chops - highly recommend. My husband really enjoyed the whole crispy fish entree.

    We had a snafu Sunday where one meal arrived. 15+ mins later, the other two arrived. A mess up in the kitchen, I guess. Manager comped our appetizer to say sorry. We’ll come back but hope not to have this avoidable error. Meals were great.

    This was my first visit to the Stillhouse. I went for Sunday Brunch. Everything about the dining experience was excellent. The food, drinks, and service exceeded expectations. They had live music during brunch that was so good that it sounded like a recorded track. I look forward to returning for dinner soon.

    Tom & Dave gave us the Absolute Greatest “ 1-2 ouch service! They were tremendously engaging, knowledgeable, and an absolute “ Blast” to have for servers! I hope someone acknowledges this! Thank you again to Stephanie for adjusting our reservations to ack my wife birthday! That meant “ The World” to us! Very appreciative Stephanie!! All in all a Fabulous evening! We will be back!
