   Every single dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and very unique. This was a fabulous dining ”experience” with the atmosphere, service and food!

   The deviled eggs, venison tartare, and bison filet were all FANTASTIC! Do try an apple wood smoked Old Fashioned with the Horse Soldier bourbon. We sat in bar seating. Megan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE!

   We sat on the patio and had great service. We had the duck confit dumplings and I had the short ribs. Everything was delicious!

   Small portion on the buffalo main dish, and were low-key harried throughout by the server asking if we were “ready to place our order for the mains” (we started with drinks and four apps). Definitely felt rushed.

   Outstanding food, great drinks, and exceptional service. Definitely a bit pricey, but a nice splurge. Very happy we found this gem.

   Fantastic dining experience! Excellent service; delicious, elevated menu; strong cocktails. We were celebrating our anniversary 🏳️‍🌈 and they gave us a fantastic table for two on the upper floor and multiple people wished us “Happy Anniversary.” A wonderful experience I would highly recommend.

   The Urban Stilllhouse is an experience. The food is good--not outstanding--but good. The selection of liquors and wines is almost overwhelming. The noise level is deafening--making it really difficult to have a conversation. Our seating was uncomfortable--sort of like soda-fountain booths, three seats on each side of the table; pretty unique for "fine dining." We asked to order starters while we decided among entrees but were told, "We prefer you order everything at the same time so the kitchen can pace things." So, we accommodate the kitchen, rather than the other way around. The dishes on the menu are unusual as are the drinks (my first ever with a marigold, stem attached, in the cocktail). It is almost as if the Stlllhouse is pushing for uniqueness above all else. With good friends, a very pleasant evening, but we probably will not be going back. And it IS expensive.

   Stephen, We would like to apologize that we did meet your expectations. That is never our goal. We agree we are a very unique place! We want to be a place that is not your typical "fine dining" atmosphere, but a mix of come as you are with a touch of elegance, where our guests can expect a chef driven experience with crafted cocktails to match. Our beverage director loves playing with out of the box garnishments. Apologies about our chairs, we recognize not everyone loves are many styles. We can make a note and be sure to seat you with a different style in the future. We do look to make our guests experience seamless and effortless, by taking their full order and handling the coursing for you. However, this is not set in stone and we will also touch base with our service team.

    The food was impressively delicious. The waitress was shockingly rude. They definitely move you through the restaurant quickly and insist that you place your order all at once. That said, every dish was fantastic and great vibe.
