   Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. My girlfriend and I came here for an anniversary and they made the experience truly memorable. I've lived in the area for a few years and have been to many restaurants, including popular spots like Bern's. Urban Stillhouse stands out as the best I've experienced. The food is excellent (I recommend the bison and short ribs), and the service is exceptional. Fast, friendly, and personal service from start to finish. I'll definitely be back and will recommend this place to others.

   Service was amazing! Love the ambiance. The food was disappointing. We had the smoked venison tartare and it was very salty. The mushroom soup was good. For entrées we had the bison steak and the beef short rib. No complaints about the beef short rib. The creamed brussels sprouts were phenomenal! The bison steak was raw and while tender, just OK. Didn’t have a lot of flavor. For a side, we tried the goat cheese, potato gratin. They were extremely dry, and even the bartender was surprised at how dry they were because she said they’re normally phenomenal. The cheesecake was pretty good, but not great. Might consider going back and trying other things because we had high hopes!

   Open environment… hard to hear. Chairs back hard .. not comfortable. Snapper dinner smaller than expected for price. No side included. Not a good value. Food tasty

   Fantastic place. Food was delicious. Drinks were amazing. Only negative would be the bar seating. I’m 5’6” and struggled to comfortably reach the top of the bar to eat. Seats are too short for the bar top if you’re going to eat. And once it fills up, it’s nearly impossible to get out of your chair without disturbing others because the chairs are on top of each other.

   Every single dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and very unique. This was a fabulous dining ”experience” with the atmosphere, service and food!

   The deviled eggs, venison tartare, and bison filet were all FANTASTIC! Do try an apple wood smoked Old Fashioned with the Horse Soldier bourbon. We sat in bar seating. Megan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE!

   We sat on the patio and had great service. We had the duck confit dumplings and I had the short ribs. Everything was delicious!

   Small portion on the buffalo main dish, and were low-key harried throughout by the server asking if we were “ready to place our order for the mains” (we started with drinks and four apps). Definitely felt rushed.

    Outstanding food, great drinks, and exceptional service. Definitely a bit pricey, but a nice splurge. Very happy we found this gem.
