The manager with zero personality seated us. Grace,our server was very nice and attentive. The appetizers were undercooked and the entree was marginal. The steak was very good, mushrooms were salty. I didn't like that the salad was communal.

Stopped in for an early dinner, we were the one in the restaurant. Service was slow. food was average at best. Probably will not return.

Decided to grab dinner here with my mother. My ribeye was very burnt, flavorless, and over cooked. Her filet was under cooked. We ordered 2 alcoholic beverages which were so weak we were not even sure if there was liquor in them. We also felt it was over priced for the quality of food. Won't come back.

Something to be desired. Average service level, average wine/beer selection, food was not great. Atmosphere was more diner like than we expected. Felt like I was at Perkins or something vs a steakhouse. For a Saturday night, the place was nearly empty. Do not recommend.

Overall Urban Roadhouse is a simple but nice restaurant that serves good, but not great, food in a comfortable environment. We visited to take my mom out to dinner and were not disappointed. The service was okay, but she was clearly busy and drinks were often late in arriving. The food was okay, but a bit expensive based on how it was served - and the food was served incorrectly, in that, the side dishes were wrong - my mom ordered mashed potatoes and received fries and green beans and several other examples. The food was warm but not very hot - and this led to a rapid cool down as we were not in a hurry. That was the most disappointing piece of the experience. I think the restaurant is more focused on quick eats and bar food and avoid the steak that I ordered.
