The Torch Riviera is a historic dining establishment located at the south end of beautiful Torch Lake in Rapid City, MI. The building was constructed in 1936 and has borne a variety of identities, including a grocery store, gas station, dance hall, Chinese restaurant, local watering hole, upscale dining, and more. The thread that ties all of these incarnations together is the longstanding tradition of community throughout the building’s life. The Torch Riviera has long been a hub for social gatherings, reconnections, and community building. New local owners Ben and Chelsea Kline are committed to fostering community with their scratch menu, farm-to-table model, and passion for local history.
