Our favorite local restaurant. Love being able to take the dog with us in the summer when the patio is open. Only disappointment was they’d run out of the special appetizer. Their specials are always good but often run out. I suspect because the menu doesn’t change so regular guests like ourselves are often looking for a change.

Tin Lantern is a neighborhood gem. We love the staff, the food, the cocktails, and the friends that we always see there. Thankyou to the owner, Ken McGuire, for keeping this hot spot alive and well!

Cocktails (White Russian)is NOT drinkable and unrecognizable. Reordered x3, manager was visibly angry with us. Refused to apologize for the inconvenience Priority seemed to be at the bar where young gals were celebrating a21st BD, rather than on restaurant customers. We saw customers come and go without ordering and, experienced long waits for everything we ordered. Our first and last visit to this restaurant Management nerds to reevaluate their business practices They lost 4 customers in one evening. 2 of our party are locals and were embarrassed to recommend The Tin Lantern

It was a very warm night but it was still pleasant sitting outside. The food and service were excellent, as always. A definite plus for Meadow Vista!

After a sub-par start where staff person was fairly unfriendly and even tho we had a reservation and were on time she shuffled us outside and didn’t touch back after 10 minutes AND the empty table we saw on arrival stayed empty…but we eventually did get seated and had a great evening. Busy so slow service understandable. Hope folks got some training on personal interaction that is usually great. Out of town guests weren’t so impressed w the best we have to offer in MV. I wasn’t either.

Asked for a special table Since I had never been They have some nice booths But even though I reserved well ahead still missed out on that table Anyways Would be nice if they ready the comments on your app Next time I’ll call and not use the app

Great experience. Staff very patient as my guest and I were catching up after a long absence in each others' lives. As always food really good and a very fun time.
