   Rude staff. Foood average. Waited 15 mins to get menus. Order wasn’t correct. Overpriced and average food at best. Cancelling my corporate retreat the hotel based on this experience: they need an attitude and food makeover.

   The food was good and obviously the setting is beautiful; however, the way that they seat tables is extremely poor. It's essentially first come, first served for tables. Even though we arrived 30 minute before our reservation there were no tables on the lawn. The only table we could find was tucked away in the corner on the top deck. This made it extremely difficult with our kids who wanted to play in the grass etc. Wish there was a better way to assign and accommodate tables when making a reservation in advance.

   Service really really poor and slow. Staff either rude or inexperienced. We have stayed here a number of times and love the hotel (hotel service and pool service is awesome!) but it is so so so let down by the restaurant. Such a shame.

   Amazing location, amazing venue staff us was impeccable however food options for lunch as the restaurant is on an island to have more of a seafood selection versus hamburgers steaks also the portion sizes portion size could be increased slightly for the lunch menu.

   Food and view were excellent. Our server, Ana, was completely professional and helpful. We always enjoy The Pridwin.

    Excellent experience, million dollar view and good food!! Go! A must do! Burger was good as was all other items ordered for a luncheon for 4…Recommend highly
