Deer Valley's Taste of Luxury Series is a series of events focusing on unbelievable food and wine in an unforgettable setting! Events range from exclusive cooking classes with Michelin Star Chefs from around the world, 6-course dinners featuring globally renowned culinary figures, receptions and featuring industry leading wine makers.

The next course in Deer Valley Resort’s Taste of Luxury series features 3-Michelin Star Chef Massimo Bottura for exclusive VIP meet-and-greet receptions and an Italian dinner, consisting of a multiple course tasting menu with wine pairings, the evenings of Dec. 16, 17 and 18, 2022, in the world-class resort’s Fireside Dining Room at Empire Lodge.

VIP Meet and Greet Reception with Chef Massimo | 6:00 p.m. | $2,250.
6-Course Chef Massimo Bottura Michelin Star Italian Dinner | 7:30 p.m. | $1,800.
(A $750 deposit will be taken at checkout and the remaining balance will be charged the day of the event.)

    Fun to be a part of Savor the Summit. Paella was difficult to eat without the proper utensils (to open mussels and to eat the lobster. Use of hands was awkward. Service was spotty. They ran out of water which was unexpected. We would select a different participating restaurant next years as ours was the first to close up when others were there for an additional hour or more.

    FANTASTIC EVENING. Food, Wine and the event was well orchestrated and the Chef and staff were amazing. DV IS BAAAACK!

    Great gourmet dining and wine paring. Beware of open table. They give the wrong g address for venue

    Fantastic event. Really enjoyed the chef meet and greet and the partners Daou and Kjus were outstanding. Please do this again!
