   This is a must when on Oahu. Medium sized menu with carefully crafted dishes that are seasoned to perfection. Presentation was impeccable and the taste was out of this world. The amberjack carpaccio would be my new favorite dish if it weren’t for the street tacos, Mac n cheese, and Calamari that we had. This place hit all 4 of my favorite cuisines and did it so well that we’ll probably be back before we leave to head back to the main land.

   I recommend the crab cakes and truffle fries. The shrimp tacos were good, but it comes in a trio and the other 2 didn’t need to be there. The server was nice. The food took a long time to come out, but it happens. This place goes very very light on salt, might carry some with me if I knew I were coming back.

   We heard about the restaurant for a while and always wanted to try. There were two things that made the evening less ideal. Firstly is the water - it was surely not filtered. I don’t remember having such horrible tasting water from any restaurant on the island. Secondly there was a fly hovering our Porchetta Salad. The food was actually tasty but those two things made it hard to truly enjoy.

   Service was great and the cocktails were delicious. Food prices are tad bit too expensive for my liking. Overall, I enjoyed myself regardless.

   We got there at 10pm and they served us without rushing and suuuuper friendly!! Fantastic service and the best burger I ever ate! Background music was very nice too. The young guy who served us really deserve 10 stars!!!

   The food at the Surfing Pig is beautifully presented and the taste is really excellent. Somewhat pricey, but worth every cent. Colorful and creative decor and tasteful jazz music at the perfect volume made for an enjoyable evening for two. The staff were prompt and helpful. The only downside is that the creative and tasty cocktails were too pricey. Still, they were worth trying the one time.

   Loco moco the hamburger was raw. Food coming out from the kitchen very slow. Like 2dish came out and waited like 20mins till the rest of our order to come out

   The Surfing Pig is a very nicely decorated restaurant. The bar area, with counter seating, is downstairs...table seating upstairs. Our waitress Kennedy was fabulous. Service was excellent. The food lacked flavor, I had the ribs, meat was tender just tasted bland. My husband had the Ahi. It was prepared well, just didn’t have much flavor.

    I would give it another try. We ordered 4 dishes - 2 were good, two were substandard. Dry calamari!
