Chef Jenna McPartland and her team of talented chefs and servers are serving up delicious Vegan fare that everyone loves. Creative enough for the hard-core plant-based foodie, yet approachable for even the most skeptical -- it's just really good food in a comfortable environment. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, desserts, coffee, smoothies, and more. Located in the Sportsplex, close to downtown Fairfield, exit 21, and the train station, it doesn't get more convenient. Try their most popular dish, The Skinny Buddha, loaded with veggies and topped with Magic Sauce, or indulge with Chicken-Fried Tofu over Roasted Baby Potatoes and tender sauteed Collard Greens, and follow it all up with a Cappuccino and a slice of Cheesecake. It was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back!!!! The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere amazing and the wait staff was amazing! We can’t wait to come back again soon.

Excellent food. Lovely environment. The Valentine's Day special with the ambiance was great for me and my spouse.

I have been to The Stand for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They do a great job - very nice selection, very tasty and high quality food and friendly service. Highly recommend it whether you are vegan or not.
