   Service was terrible. Shown to table and after 15mins had to get my own drink. Food order not taken for 30mins then waited another 40mins for it to it arrive. Really poor all round won’t be back.

   Food was excellent and good value for money. However, foul language coming out of the kitchen was not welcome. Staff need to remember that customers have ears.

   Had to send food back because they got 2 plain cheeseburgers wrong. That was fine. It happens. Got out supposedly new burgers. Turns out they only took the bit of tomato and lettuce off and sent them back out to us. Bit into the burger to get a mouth full of sauce. I asked twice specifically for no sauce and they make me sick. It was embarrassing by this point so we got up and left. Shame because the atmosphere and the girl singing was great. Leaving starving and disappointed was not on my liat of plans for Friday night. Won't be back unfortunately.

   I love coming here. The bar area is always very chill and the servers make a real effort to make you feel welcome. I am constantly bringing my friends here.

   Lovely time spent with my husband watching the rugby, great atmosphere. Enjoyed a couple of drinks then had dinner which was delicious. Great service, lovely friendly staff. Live singer on who was very good. We had a fab time in this cosy basement bar.

   Ordered starters, mains and some sides. The sides came out first and the starters and mains. So ended up with table full of food. Not great experience, food not great for price burger poor quality, very disappointed as looked forward to this place

   Even although I live near Ayr I'd never been in this place. Decided to give it a go along with my wife, son and his girlfriend for his 22nd birthday. Im absolutely horrified that I didn't know about it for his 16th or 18th birthday because I'd have been going back regularly. The food was exceptional to anything else offered in the same genre in the town... The best food I've eaten in years. The staff were ideal, attentive but not too clingy and the location has to be seen to be believed. Highly recommend....

    Fantastic food, fantastic service and a class venue!!! Oh and the cocktails were out of this world!!
