Best Steak I’ve had in my life. Really appreciate the hospitality the moment I walked in the restaurant.
We were immediately greeted and treated so well. We started at the bar and had amazing service all the way through dinner. We can’t wait to go back!
Everything was good but our waitress didn’t explain the specials very well, even when I repeated what I thought she said, she acknowledged. However when I got the bill I was very surprised by the cost of the special. At that point, there is nothing we could have done but pay the bill. It just was a little confusing at the end of our dinner.
This is not our first time here though we love it as much as the first time. This visit was even sweeter since we were using certificates towards our meal! I had the petite filet and my husband had the bone in rib eye with the creamed spinach and beet salad as our sides. The apple pie ala mode was large enough to share. My only complaint is that the music is too loud. It is really hard to carry on a conversation and/or hear the waiter. Please turn down the both the play list and the live music. Let me know when the music is lowered and I may visit soon!
Service and food were 5 Star level! We'll be back soon!
Our food and service was awesome!! Keep up the great job Team Signature!! Till next time. Aloha!!
Amazing experience! A lot of food selections and great staff, definitely looking forward to coming back here again!!!
Wonderful dinner. Service was very slow but that’s Probably because it was valentine’s day. We had reservations and were quickly seated. Appetizers came out within 10 minutes but the entrees took 50 minutes after the appetizers came out. The waitress was very apologetic and came to update us 3 times that they were still working on our food. Once we got the food everything was delicious. We have to go back on a non-holiday to see if service is much faster. Great ambiance and quality of food!
Signature is very elegant and has a great view. The atmosphere was great.
We went to dinner here on Valentine’s Day and one thing we really didn’t like was the fact that it seemed like they added more chairs and table in the restaurant to fit more people. It was really crowded and we were seated literally right next to the hostess stand and directly in the walking pathway. We constantly had to watch out for people bumping us while walking through which made the evening a little less romantic. The food was good and our server was wonderful so that was a plus... Overall our experience was okay but as of right now we will definitely not be returning on a busy day like this.
Took my wife to signatures for Valentine’s Day. This was our first time and definitely not our last. The front hostess was very nice and helped us to our table within minutes. The live jazz music was awesome and the servers all greeted us while walking to our seats. The view from the top was amazing allowing us to see the city and also catch the Friday night fireworks. We didn’t wait very long for our food but even if I had to I don’t mind because if they forfeit quality to get the food out on time then no thank you. We had the 16oz. Ribeye and the furikake salmon as our entree with the cream spinach and mash potatoes on the side. Our appetizer was oyster Rockefeller and that was great. The lighting could’ve been a little brighter where we were sitting but all in all my wife and I enjoyed this place. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that cares for quality food, service, and music.
The temperature of our steaks were wrong but only one was fixed. It felt like they didn’t want to remake mines. Even for a $60 steak. Sheesh
Valentine's Day dinner!
Always liked the Ribeye and the view.
It was absolutely amazing!
Was expecting a higher level of service, ambience and quality of food. A bit disappointing. It was packed, due to day before Valentine’s, but that is not an excuse. Felt almost like walking into a time warp, music was random everyone seemed rushed. Will spend money elsewhere, no plans to return.
Always a nice place to eat. The bone in rib is really good.
Great food, service, and ambiance. 10/10 would go again when back in Oahu.
WE reqest birthday.but no birthdayplate.
Signature has an amazing classy ambiance, with live piano. An amazing view of the ocean and the harbor. I had the wagyu 10oz steak with lobster Mac and cheese and it was all absolutely mouthwatering!! Make sure to dress better than the regular island vibe as it is a much nicer place!
Great venue and wonderful food
This is an excellent restaurant on the edge of Waikiki, with great food, great service and unparalleled views!
We would recommend this for a great happy hour spot. For dinner, while the food was good, the service was not the best and overall not worth the high price tag. But cool views and atmosphere and great happy hour deals
Excellent service and delicious food. Already made reservation for Christmas Eve. Best birthday dinner ever.
Happy hour was hopping. That's always exciting, those specials looked fantastic. Our waiter was excellent! He made great recommendations and was so personable. The piano was a nice touch, but wished the overhead speakers were just a notch lower as it was almost too difficult to talk across the table. Our booth was very nice and we had clear skies to see the east-facing horizon. The bad was the supermarket taro buns to start and the olive/balsamic seemed off tasting. Got the oatmeal crusted apple tart for dessert; the ice cream scoop was miniscule and the dessert seemed over done/burnt. I'd definitely make it a happy hour place to go.
Great food! Servers seemed a bit entitled unfortunately. Focus on service and Aloha! There are lots of places you can get a great steak and view!!
Great ambiance amd view of the city. Service was outstanding. Most foods were "pre" prepared so modifications due to allergies was not available. Menu was very limited but service was fabulous and server did everything he could to make it enjoyable.
Music playing in background was loud and made it difficult to have a conversation. Food was good not great. Service was good not great. My water was not refilled regularly, neither was my plantation ice tea. Overall, good but not great, other steakhouses do much better.
Everything was wonderful. The food, service, table, quality for price except the noise level. We asked twice if music could be turned down. Apparently not. So, for us 3 seniors we probably won’t be back. Maybe it’s “energetic “ for young folks but for us, it’s exhausting trying to conduct a conversation.
We came in for a Thursdate and had a very good time
Donavon served us well
The New York was cooked perfectly and the Oysters Rockefeller were tasty
Caesar was a bit over dressed
Asparagas and Truffle Mash excellent
Desserts seem to be a bit lacking
We shared a Mousse and it was good
28OZ Tomahawk Ribeye was well worth the price!
Staff were friendly, atmosphere&view was on point!
Will not be my last trip there.
Best steak house in Honolulu I jave ever visited. Good location and super view from 36th floor of sea side building (especially night view was good). Meat and food were also good.
This is the best kept secret for the best dining experience day in and day out!
We loved the lively atmosphere and the killer view! We were celebrating a birthday for a guest from out of town and they said we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The service is friendly, yet professional and accommodating to individual dietary needs. Two of us shared the ribeye steak “pupu style”... and the guys had individual portions, one filet mignon and one ribeye with bone in. We also had sides of mushrooms, grilled asparagus and potatoes. All delicious! One other comment: They have a very unique style of wine-pouring that adds to the festivity! It’s one of our favorite places and we will return!
Wagyu tomahawk steak, 'nuff said! The BZT Bloody Mary was also delicious and made a great start to our culinary adventure. So good we came back the next night and had the steak again! Superb service and delicious cuisine!
Main course took over an hour to get! Waiter told us that had a big party that’s why it’s taking longer then normal
Food is very good and price is very good.
the speakers could be turned down a lot from the bar
We got seated in 20 minutes from our reservation. We ordered prime rib steak and miso butter fish. Both were a little salty, the steak was a little too burned . The oysters Rockefeller were over done and the lobster bisque also were a little too salty. I’ve have eaten there three time in the past three months. This time was a little disappointing. I did not complain because I went with a date. I did not take any pictures on this occasion because I did not think the foods was up to par with my previous birthdays with my children.
Suki was and is always the best server! He really caters to what your need are and your requests.
