We are now offering takeout and delivery from 5pm - 8pm Monday to Saturday. Call 403-812-0837 to order. Check for menus and details at the sensory.ca

The new dual-concept restaurant features two unique dining experiences split between two levels. On the main level is Wit Bar, a cozy wine and cocktail bar serving shareable plates from lunch time, well into the late night. Wit Bar is open 12pm - late and is walk in seating so no reservation necessary( call ahead for parties over 7).

Follow the spiral staircase to The Sensory, a culinary destination set to breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The Sensory serves comforting dishes with a uniquely Canmore twist, highlighting fresh, local ingredients foraged from the Bow Valley region.

The Sensory & Wit Bar share warm and welcoming service, a commitment for locally sourced ingredients, and a deep connection to the town of Canmore.

Food was spectacular. Appreciated the very hot plates. Music way too loud- had to ask twice to turn it down. Service is friendly but amateur. With a chef like yours the restaurant needs to invest in training for servers.

A fantastic evening and a surprisingly good value. Excellent service. Tasty food, well presented and well executed. Looking forward to returning for the 7 course tasing menu.

Excellent food in an interesting room! Pretty wide open with high ceilings. We were in at night but imagine the views would be pretty spectacular during the day. As for the food, outstanding. We had the octopus to start; perfectly cooked and delicious. Then we all ate steaks, two of us on purpose, two of us with the “Trust Me” menu. Again, perfectly cooked and delicious. Great wine and cocktail selection as well. We would like to also make a special mention of our servers Kieth and Ben. They were both attentive, fun, and made the meal even better! We will be back.

Poor service. Limited menu and chicken was sold out. Lamb was mostly fat.

The restaurant was extremely loud and was unable to hear across table ... Our server took over 45 minutes to bring us drinks and forgot my sons Iced tea for an hour. The 32 ounce shared steak was half fat. Really it was a 16 ounce steak. The place is visually nice but it needs something to help with the noise. Plants, drapes for example.
