5 star experience all around. Table was ready on time. Our waiter took our drink order quickly. The drinks were great! Sibling Rivalry was spirit forward and fabulous. We ordered the pretzel and 2 orders of the rolls for 4 people. We were not disappointed, and quite happy we each got our own delicious roll. The Brussel sprouts were delicious, and the fries were fries, so they literally can’t be bad. Somehow we also got talked into to tots. Different than your typical tots, in the best way possible. Only once did I long for something, and it was brought as soon as I thought of it (before saying anything out loud) - the sign of great service. The burger was exactly as advertised and my friend loved the salmon. The Ho Ho was ordered out of nostalgia, but we all kind of agreed the Instagram shot brought more than the flavors did. Still, a great night all around with excellent service, a pleasant and almost lounge-like ambiance, tables with sufficient room between them to feel like you’re having a private conversation, and a full bar with fabulous spirits and a cool aesthetic.
Amazing food and service, a little loud inside but overall amazing. We were initially sat downstairs and there was a group of 8 who were at the bar very loud and the were sat right behind us. We couldn't hear each other streak and since we're from out of town and I made these reservations months ago I didn't want that to ruin the evening so asked to be sat upstairs. Everything was uphill from there. Tater tots appetizer was amazing. Caesar salad with parmesan pudding was very unique and delicious. They had an American waygu special which had am amazing sauce but the meat was just ok. The short rib is one of the top 3 I have ever had and I've had a lot! Ho ho dessert was just ok but unique
The food and service was top notch. Can't wait to go back again.
We were in town visiting our son and this is one of his favorites! We found out why. Ashley took great care of us and Mitchell educated us on some of their Whiskeys and Chartreuse. We could tell that he’s passionate as well as knowledge about spirits! Any place that has 6 1/2 pages of bourbon in their menu will be appreciated by my bourbon drinking husband! I heartily recommend the roasted carrots and the Wagyu steak. The menu does change occasionally and it’s not huge, but what they do, they do very well. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!
All the food and cocktails we had were delicious and had some "next level element" that elevated the dish above and beyond (ex: puffed/crunchy quinoa with the roasted carrots). The food is already well designed to be shared plates and most things they even went so far as to portion out for us. Well executed and attentive service throughout. Would definitely recommend/return.
From the moment we entered to celebrate a dear friend’s 70th birthday, we were welcomed warmly and the evening unfolded seamlessly and beautifully. The food was delicious and my guest was overwhelmed at what she described as a perfect evening. Thank you to the entire team at The Saratoga!
Wonderful in every way. Would def return.
Food and drinks are unique and wonderful. The service was beyond excellent. The scotch pudding was yummmmmmm.
Food and drinks were both amazing...billionaires bacon was fabulous, Ramos fizz very tasty, Bloody Mary addition are super fun!! Loved the happy meal version on MkMuffin!! Very fun brunch place. Will go back for dinner.
The food and drinks were delicious! Everyone loved the tots and was raving about it the next day. The service was great and the space is perfect for a girl’s dinner, date, or just an everyday dinner.
Very good experience overall. Our waitperson was friendly and attentive.
It's a nice place with hit or miss service.
Lots of drink options
Service was inattentive and the really bad music in the bar area is deafening. Food was better than we expected, given everything else.
The Saratoga provided great customer service. It is a very small place - with dining tables in basement (or below street level.) The atmosphere was nice and more a bar scene than an inviting dining atmosphere!)
Lighting was poor (which was a negative for me - I prefer a more lite environment. ) The food was tasty - especially the roasted carrots and crispy brussel sprouts ...DELICIOUS! We also ordered the chicken sliders which were over cooked/chicken very dry (2 sliders for $12.) Food prices were on the high side.
One of my favorite spots to meet frinds out... the food and service are excellent (it is a little noisy though).
Saratoga has an amazing downstairs venue, but because they didn’t have enough reservations they did not operate it. Therefore it was just dinner upstairs which was not what I wanted when booking.
Love love this place!!
Beautiful and romantic restaurant! The food was amazing!
I took a friend for her birthday. She is still talking about it how wonderful it was.
Brunch and drinks were amazing! Cute vibe love the decor
Recommend for drinks and light bites. Dinner was not remarkable.
Weird service and basically just elevated bar food. We went during restaurant week to try lots of things and it wasn’t filling sadly. Also the brown butter dessert was really salty.
This was a dinner date which I have asked for a quiet space for me and my date to celebrate our anniversary. I was brought in and placed at a table near the bar even if there was space on the bottom floor that had very little sound and showcased more elegance. I believe the hostess did not read my note nor tried too. I would come back for a drink or so but never for a date because I felt like my concerns were not addressed.
We love the drinks, food and our very private table downstairs. Will return again!
Amazing food and great service. Tuesday Brisket was “melt in your mouth” delicious! The carrot salad has unusual ingredients that work so well together! Can’t say enough about the service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the hostess to the manager. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.
Beautiful ambiance, great cocktails and attentive service.
Very attentive and friendly service. Food and drinks were good, especially for happy hour prices.
I just love this restaurant- Great food, great service! I wish it was in Marin- We would come here every week!
Salmon was outstanding. A nice surprise.
They accommodated our request for a quiet (well, not as noisy) table. Great drinks menu and a dizzying library of spirits. Food menu was good on appetizers but way limited on mains. This is very much a good bar with good food, not so much a good restaurant with good drinks.
We will go again.
The food and drinks and ambience were great! Service was spotty and extremely slow.
The Saratoga is a great spot with a fun bar/cocktail menu and some great food items. We enjoyed the shishito peppers (look out they're hot), the brussell sprouts, the gnocchi and the burger. The service was great, the ambience is awesome, and I'll be back!
We went for brunch. Definitely go for the drinks! But the food was good but not great. I expected more from the Bacchus team. Two of our entrees arrived cold, the eggs on both eggs Benedict dishes were over and cooked hard and one drink was missed. I wanted to love our experience but have to give it only 4 stars.
The food was excellent! We will definitely return and recommend.
Our waiter was terrible. Failed to place our order for appetizers and after an hour, we had to remind him about the order. Drinks also took at least 15 mins to come out. The kicker? The restaurant wasn’t over crowded which would normally explain all this. Love the place. Hated the service.
Worst. Service. Ever. We were seated and didn’t see a waiter for 10 minutes. After that, another 15 minutes at least to get our drinks. Waiter arrived at the table and just stared at us like we were to ask him what he wanted. Food was decent but not great. Will not return.
