    Service was great. Have a good selection of wines to choose from. Oysters to start were super fresh. The Ribeye steak is the real show stopper, melts in your mouth, and cooked to perfection. Have been here many times and never disappoints!

    Truly special evening, excellent service from all of the wait staff and delicious food. We dined on the patio on a beautiful summer evening.

    This restaurant should be on your list if you are visiting Pirince Edward County. You can dine in the Hotel Restaurant or on the Terrace. The restaurant’s interior is elegant and intimate creating the perfect backdrop for a fabulous dining experience. The quality of the food and service is superb. The cuisine is creative and delicious and is served by professional and attentive staff. There is a 2-course prix fixe at Lunch. They have creative cocktails and a great selection of wines. Upon being seated, our server, Valeriie explained what the special dishes were that day. We appreciated her suggestions. The chefs use only the finest seasonal and local ingredients to create their inspired dishes. We shared the Crostini with Macerated Strawberries with Lardo and Mint to start. This dish was creatively presented and delicious. For our main all 3 of us chose the Pickerel with cooked radishes, zucchini, green beans and tomatoes in a lemon aioli sauce. We loved this dish as well because the ingredients were fresh and the presentation was innovative. Besides the inspired dishes created iby thei Executive Chef, there is another plus and that is the staff. I would like to thank Jennifer for making make sure that we were given the perfect table. Valerie and Clare, our servers helped to make our dining experience a very memorable one; their attentive service and helpful suggestions were appreciated From the food to the staff this is one restaurant that does not disappoint. We look forward to our next dining experience at The Royal Hotel Restaurant.

    The dining room appeared lovely… we sat outside on their equally nice terrace. Our service from Amy was excellent and our (Italian) food was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant.

    Many of the lunch dishes offer runny eggs. If you don’t like that there are not a lot of choices. No fish or chicken, one salad… The menu seems like it hasn’t changed in a while.
