Experience The Rooftop Bar! Enjoy expansive views and gorgeous sunsets above Mission Pacific Beach Resort voted the No. 1 resort hotel by Travel & Leisure's World's Best Awards. Enjoy lounge seating, cozy cabanas, a vibrant pool deck, fire pits, heated canopies, cool ocean breezes, service by the bottle, craft cocktails, and small Mediterranean bites as prepared by Chef Alec Vasquez until 8pm (Sunday-Thursday) and 9pm (Friday & Saturday).

The Rooftop Bar and Pool located on the sixth floor of Mission Pacific Beach Resort maintains a walk-in policy and is dog friendly. Please note reservations are only available for parties of six or more.

The rooftop is such a fun place. I took my friends there last week for the sunset. What a great view. The staff is super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I am addicted to the Wind and Sea cocktail. Absolutely love this place.

Soundbowls and CELEBRATE.... Well there was none of that! Just a normal Tuesday evening, And no soundbowls, music of any kind, we were told that a Group from CHANNEL Booked the pool and took the music and that we didnt get any special service....COM'ON! You had our information and you could have contacted us and so we could have made our choice to go somewhere else, and we probably would have still chosen your great rooftop, but you FALSELY ADVERTISED something that was not delivered. Okay, there was an earthday cocktail on the menu.... WAITRESS DID SUCH A GOOD JOB explaining why the heaters didnt work (all 8 near our table didnt function, and you know this so FIX THEM! They have not worked for months!!!) I was a little embarrassed I brought 3 friends to what was supposed to be a special night, and it was not.

Kitchen closes at 9pm. Would be great if they stayed open later on weekends. First time there. Reservation was at 8:45pm. Ordered a drink not knowing the kitchen was closing. We only had one drink and left to find food. Service was still great and everyone was nice though!

Kitchen closed at 8p, reservation was for 7p. Weren’t there for food really but was told it closed at 8p until it was 8p. Would have been nice to have been told when sat down.

Fantastic setting for date night cocktails and nibbles. Gets busy so service can take time, so be prepared. Great if you’re not in a rush.
