Wonderful owner, very personable. Offers traditional Indian items, but also offers a wide range of selections that you would not find at other Indian restaurants. Haas Avocado Chaat was very flavorful. Malai Chicken Tikka melted in your mouth it was so tender and paired with a great salad. Paneer Makhanwala was excellent creamy fish with rice and the paneer was lovely. The Chai was homemade and the cardamom warmed you on a cold night. Will definitely return!

Dining experience was amazing! We got the kadhai chicken, butter chicken and crispy cauliflower, with the side of garlic naan and roti. Our server was so kind and made great recommendations. The Kadhai chicken was the best I’ve ever had! Interior decoration was beautiful as well. 100% would recommend!

The food here is great - Indian and non-Indian friends alike (and now me!) love it, and everything is beautifully done. Servers are friendly and helpful, though it's definitely not the place for a quick meal.

This was a good find! Loved the avocado chat, crispy cauliflour, and the rolls on fluffy paratha. Naan was different than what I expected — thinner and flakier — but still very delicious.

I’ve dined at many Indian restaurants around the world, in particular, the UK where they have some of the best. This is the first time I’ve been impressed with an Indian restaurant in western Canada. The food was delicious, authentic and reminded me of street food you can get in India, with just a little western influence. You can tell it’s freshly made, unlike many restaurants, which is why it takes a little longer to be served, but well-worth the wait! I highly recommend the Chicken khathi roll (with egg) and the chole tacos. Ambiance is more upscale than many Indian restaurants and the music was great. Will definitely go back! A friendly young couple from Delhi own this restaurant and it’s easy to tell how hard they have worked to set this up and stand out from the crowd.

Most authentic Indian food we have had in a long time. The depth of flavour of the food was delightful and drinking local beer. Wonderful and friendly service. It felt to us like having a family meal with Indian friends. We cannot wait to visit Canmore again and try more of their tasty food.

We really enjoyed our evening. The selection of dishes and the explanation of each dish was excellent. We loved the flavours, the wine and the hospitality. We wanted to eat here as the menu was different... and were SO pleasantly surprised! Not only is the food delicious the owners/chef are quite possibly the sweetest people who are so enthusiastic to share their knowledge and cuisine with you. The recommendations made were spot on (try the pineapple!) and their joy and pride in their food was just sublime. Go for the delicious food (and drinks!) and go back again and again to see lovely folks like this succeed because they absolutely deserve it.
