Annie was a great server in training under Cam. Both were excellent. Chairs felt a bit dainty. Food quality was superb as was the preparation and

Horrible waitstaff and bartender, incredibly disorganized and uneducated bunch. Was here to enjoy an engagement dinner and after three mishaps in a row on a simple drink order we up and left. Bartenders also seemed wildly incompetent on making even house cocktails. Would strongly not recommend eating here until they clean house on the staff. The hotel is beautiful otherwise. Never received the apps we ordered so had them cancel our food. We walked over to Vauldeville instead and had an incredible dining experience! I hope they can find the right people to make the experience up to par, the prices are in fine dining category and you are very clearly not getting that sort of service

Stunned by this new establishment’s total failure to deliver on anything. I felt sorry for our waiter since food orders took forever. Some of the food was inedible. The people behind the hotel / restaurant spent millions of $$ but it’s a mess. I cannot explain what is going on in the kitchen since I didn’t go in there. But my goodness it needs a doctor to fix this thing

Really disappointed by the service level. Slow, server never checked in. Waters were empty. When asked for me he filled up a sparkling water glass with tap water and said he’d comp the Pellegrino (and didn’t). Servers at a place like this are critical to survival because the restaurant lacks any walls from the lobby/ambiance. Sommelier was great. Good food. But you won’t entice anyone to come back without service.

The menu was limited, they were out of items, three of the party members ordered waygu ribeyes and they were overcooked and full of fat. My red snapper was cold and the sides were almost inedible. Husband had to wait until they cooled off some wine for him. Waiter was good, he tried his best. We had very high expectations for this restaurant and were highly disappointed.

Our waiter Cameron was excellent. Smoked mushroom appetizer was superb. Waygu ribeye was not all that tender and definitely overpriced. Whipped potatoes were cold and soupy. Wait staff was friendly.

Service was noticeably slow, there were delays with getting our drink orders, appetizers, and entrées in. I ordered the American Wagyu ribeye, and to be honest, it didn’t live up to the $65 price tag. I’ve had better steaks at casual spots like Chili’s. That said, the cocktails were exceptional—every one I tried was crafted perfectly and full of flavor. The beef tallow fries were another highlight; crispy, rich, and absolutely worth returning for. I probably wouldn’t come back for a full dinner, but I’d absolutely stop in again for the fries and a round of drinks.

We had dined when the Albert restaurant had opened in early January and it was still a little rough around the edges. Our meal last night was one of the best I’ve ever had and every respect. Every dish was cooked perfectly and was unique and delicious. Definitely Worth going for a high-level dining experience in Fredericksburg.
