We have gone multiple times over the past year. This visit had the same service (great) and the same ambiance (great). Definitely give it a try if you can. As always small plate combinations, no portions are massive and we love that. This visit however we had cold and stale buns on our burger and hot dog. Aside from that things were great as usual. Always get the goat cheese dumplings!

The Reserve is like a home; the staff is so welcoming and remembers you! The service is terrific and the food is inventive and expertly prepared. We love going to The Reserve! Better than any of the Chagrin Falls competition.
