   I could not wait to go to this restaurant. Everything started out great from having drinks at the bar to be seated in the restaurant.  Jen, our server gave up on us. My dinner came with hair on my steak. By the time they took it back and had my sides on the plate, my husband finished eating and the rest of the sides were cold. They brought out extra potatoes and then they offered a free dessert. When the menu came for the dessert, it had hair attached to it. So thoroughly disgusted with this restaurant. It is not a cheap place to eat by any means. They did offer us a gift card, which was kind. With two mishaps in one evening, the server didn’t come back, it made a great day have a very bad ending.  It is not a cheap place to eat by any means.

   Good Afternoon Sandra, I want to thank you for coming in and giving us a shot. I want to apologize about your experience that you had when you were here. Although we tried to do digging on the red hair on your steak and could not figure out where it came from but we will continue to ensure this does not happen to future guests. As for the dessert menu having a hair, the manager brought this to me and it was a thread on the binding sticking out that we burnt off so no one else received it.    Great meal but definitely on the expensive side at $700 for 4 of us with no drinks other than iced tea. I’ll go back but only on special occasions.

   The hostess was so helpful with seating! The front room was beautiful!! Tracy, our server, was kind, knowledgeable, fun and attentive and our dinner, drinks and dessert were perfectly delicious! TC Cherry Bread pudding was OUTSTANDING!! The manager was very friendly checking in on us! Extra nice touch, Tracy brought us all out these cute to-go bags with cookies to take home! Overall, amazing dinner from start to finish! Thank you!

   Went here on Mothers Day for both mothers day and my birthday. Food took a long time Food arrived cold, and wrong meat temperature and missing item ordered . Remake took too long, other person in party finished their dinner alone. Very bummed, Though they tried to make it right, whole entire dinner and experience was ruined.

   Food is delicious. Also love the atmosphere as there are several seating sections. In the back is moodier and the front section is light and many windows. Everything we’ve eaten has been delicious. Although the price is very high, we go for special occasions.

   It was my BF’s birthday. The Reserve is always lovely, but we were both disappointed with the food. Of course it’s a special occasion place & you expect special occasion pricing, but the food did not live up to the pricing. We had the table side caesar salad & it was huge, but had no flavor & did not even look good. We both had 8 oz filet mignon. Mine was overcooked & had no seasoning. The sides were asparagus, mushrooms & potatoes, all very mediocre. Our server Jen was great. Very attentive, polite & professional. She was great. My BF was given a complimentary dessert & that & the birthday card were very nice touches. It just was not worth $300. Only two glasses of wine BTW. We went for our anniversary two days after they opened initially. It was absolutely fabulous in every respect. I hope they raise the bar, because at these prices (and up about 30% since they opened), I won’t be back.
