If you’re looking for the best steak in the region then book a table with us. We are the only eatery outside London to serve beef supplied by the revered Ginger Pig of London. Native Longhorn, Shorthorn and Galloway cattle mature slowly, developing a wonderful flavour as they graze on a natural diet of grass and hay. Dry aged often to over 40 days Ginger Pig supply their exceptional quality beef through their seven shops in the capital to some of the best restaurants in London and Paris … and Bashall Eaves!
