   Yesterday was my birthday and a bunch of my friends and family got together at the Rec Room to eat and frolic. I'd never been before. It was so much fun!! The ambiance was great, and the service was stellar. Nicky was an amazing server, so cheerful and upbeat. My son didn't like the Mac and Cheese, and they redid his order without breadcrumbs just for him! That was above and beyond for me! It was so much fun playing the games once we were finished eating. It's pretty much wall to wall games. I'm not sure how good I was, but we all laughed and played. The experience was definitely memorable, and I will be returning in the future!

   Forgot to make my son his meal so he had to wait. Thankfully they took it off the bill. Was ignored by the waitress most of the time.

   Overall great experience. The food and service was excellent. The noise level was high, it was just a busy evening but no complaints. Highly recommend for a place to hangout with teens and adults.

   Way too loud for a decent conversation. Service was incredibly slow. Food tasted delicious but found a long hair in the calamari so lost our appetite. Oh and this was my birthday celebration so very disappointed in that.

   We went for my kiddos 11th Birthday and it was amazing - Service was above and beyond . Food was great kids all loved it and we had so much fun with the games !

   Food was good. Service could use some work. I came here to celebrate my birthday and it took awhile for the server to even notice I had sat down. He took other people’s order then walked away without even asking me if I wanted anything. I had to wave him back because I didn’t even have a first drink in front of me yet. Once a good majority of the group showed up, we said we were ready to order our meals but he ignored us, took a single drink order and walked away again without checking in with anyone else before leaving the table. This went on throughout our entire visit that he would take one persons order then walk away. A part of my group didn’t even want to sit down and stay for dinner because it was just taking way too long especially because they had a child with them that couldn’t wait. If we’re paying for an auto gratuity, we should be receiving the same service as any other table.

   The games and staff were amazing but the food was extremely over priced and the drinks … we got jumbo wings and they weren’t , they were just the same as normal wings ……… 25$ wasn’t worth it …….. and same with the main dish …… idk if was extremely disappointing for that part ….
