The Rawbar in Chico, California has been in business since 2001, offering Asian fusion cuisine in a fun and artistic environment. The restaurant incorporates modern industrial design, which is accented by local artisan steelwork and glass. The Rawbar has been voted one of the best of Chico for 10 years and features in many magazines. The Rawbar serves up both modern and traditional sashimi, nigiri sushi, rolled sushi and more. You can enjoy appetizers, salad and ribs if you aren't in the mood for sushi or want a filling meal. In addition, the restaurant offers homemade desserts along with ice cream for a sweet end to your meal.
