The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse, a Berg Hospitality Group concept that originally debuted in 2022, is returning to the 2025 RODEOHOUSTON® BIGGER & BETTER! Join us on Tuesday, March 4th - Sunday, March 23rd and enjoy our new and improved layout featuring 2 unique dining experiences: fine dining in the Steakhouse or upscale, casual dining in the Saloon! Or saddle up at one of our 2 full bars or patio! The Saloon is a first come, first served dining experience featuring a large main bar with nightly DJs and live music on Saturdays and Sundays, along with the Porch, a covered outdoor patio with cocktail tables. The Steakhouse is the fine dining side where guests can reserve tables in advance. Guests can enjoy “The Ranch After Dark”, an elevated nightlife experience where each night, guests can reserve lounge tables by the live music stage from 10pm-close and have the option to order a la carte drinks or bottle service with a $500 minimum per table.

We had a really great experience! The food and the drinks were amazing! Our waitress was also really good as was the rest of the staff. It is very expensive to eat here, but I would say you are paying for good quality food the vibe in atmosphere is really neat.

As expected, they were out of things on the last day of the rodeo, but the weight staff was superb as usual, and the food was delicious as always. And even though the wine was limited, we still have a beautiful bottle.

The food was good we ordered the ribeye, sausage platter, Mac and cheese with bacon, Brussels sprouts, and the loaded mashed potatoes. What we didn’t know was that leaving our food with the staff and being told the restaurant would close at midnight (12 AM) was a lie, the restaurant closed at 10 PM instead and the staff threw our food since we didn’t get there on time. I would have given this restaurant a higher review if the staff wouldn’t have thrown our food and if we were given the correct time of closing so we could have avoided this. The staff could additionally have made up for their mistake that was on our server and front of house (hostess). I still think the restaurant could have done more on their part than saying too bad.

Had a fantastic time! The atmosphere was great, the music was excellent, and the wait staff was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back next year!

Out of steak at a steakhouse? We were told Rhea were out of ribeye, out of strip steak. “We ran out last night and couldn’t get more in for today”. This was for lunch. Oh and the air conditioner wasn’t working. Not what we expect from B&B.

They should considerate lowering the volume of the music. We were in the private dining area and it was too loud. They couldn’t adjust that one room because it’s all tied in together! I also think they need to offer a good hamburgers instead of just in the bar area. But, we always enjoy having a place to go in with a reservation and just sit back and enjoy!

Being at Houston Rodeo I was expecting upscale B&B experience with a country rodeo flair. Ambiance is great but club/ house music was played the entire time we were dining. Not the vibe I would have appreciated.

Don't waste your time at this place. Over priced and food is just average. Steaks came out burned on the outside and cold in the middle. Service is slow and inattentive.
