Fantastic, great food and service!
The Chicken parm sliders were excellent.
Great as always!
The food is consistently good.
Amazing experience and service
Food was greasy and gave us all bad stomach aches. Waitress took forever ever though she didn’t have many tables at all.
Great atmosphere, service was excellent. Food was delicious, especially the Brussel sprout salad! Prices are fair and portions are generous!
Great experience but it was freezing and they couldn’t shut the door! No other tables were open to move.
Birthday Brunch!
We had reservations for an evening out celebrating. When we arrived, all the doors were propped open which made it cold inside - it was pouring rain and 36 degrees out. The waitress, who was obviously very cold herself, said that the doors were open for air circulation and they were not allowed to close the doors. We didn't eat - didn't stay. No wonder the place was so empty inside. I'm not sure how their staff is supposed to make any money that way and of course it's no conditions to work in or eat. They had all my contact information because I'd made a reservation. They knew how cold it was inside - the waitress explained she was working in thermal underwear. They should have let me know before wasting an hour of my time traveling downtown, in the rain, parking and getting there and leaving without service.
Great food, drink and service. I will definitely be back again
We were pretty embarrassed that our 1 year old kept screaming but the staff was really polite and talkative with him. Great food and drinks even better staff!
The food was great, drinks were perfect, but the best part honestly was our server Brian A, he was AWESOME! Easily the reason why we will be back more ☺️
Loved the food, the service-everything!!! Great prices for quality food. Love this place! B
We had a group of 6 and sat outside. It was great!
Good food, good service, no wait to be seated. We'll be back
Great ambiance, good food, I had the burger and my boyfriend had the Reuben and we were both pleased with the quality.
Nice place for lunch, bar snacks and sandwiches. Quick service. Old Fashioned with cinnamon simple syrup was perfect.
Do not order the burger based on the picture in their own menu! When I tried, I was told, "oh, we don't have that, it's just a picture."
If I was selling a bicycle, I would not put up a picture of a motorcycle. The drinks were meh and the fries were cold. Maybe we went on a bad night, but it will be a long time before I return.
The rooftop patio was amazing and we loved it for our date!
The only reason I gave this restaurant five stars was because I couldn’t give em 6. I can’t speak highly enough about this establishment. Fantastic atmosphere, great food and two of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered in Matt and Zach. The Raleigh times made our evening. Instantly became one of my favorite spots in downtown Raleigh. I can’t wait to go back.
Overall I found the entrée food to be mediocre and parking can definitely be a challenge. However, the drinks and dessert were very good. This is a very cool place to hangout and the music selection was great. The service was great as well. I'd go back.
Sitting outside with the pups & ALL of us are taken care of! Love it.
Food, drink and service was excellent! The atmosphere on the roof had the best ambiance. Just what was needed.
Favorite place in Raleigh
BBQ nachos are the best
Food was just ok, I had the corned beef and my wife had the salmon stir fried rice. Her dish was definitely not a fried rice, it was basically a pile of mushy rice with a decent piece of salmon on top. We did have the fried pickles which were great. They were very thin and crispy and quite tasty.
The final odd thing was the hostess telling us when we had to be out of our table due to a later reservation. Overall it was a lackluster meal and I doubt we will be back.
My friends and I had a great lunch at The Raleigh Times. We had a wonderful time catching up, with no rushed pressure, so we could enjoy ourselves over a nice meal; I especially enjoyed the chocolate torte for dessert. Our server was attentive, especially considering we had a little one at the table (extra napkins for example)!
Fantastic atmosphere and service! Really enjoyed the people watching from the corner of the rooftop. Loved the cocktails!
Our waiter Zach was amazing! The food was delicious and the outdoor seating on the roof was perfect to enjoy a birthday lunch.
Anniversary weekend ate on rooftop was an amazing setting
Charming spot with great food and speedy service. First time, but will definitely return.
Very kind hostess! Kind waitress. Raleigh Times is always a treat for my husband and I. The food is made with much love and care.
Amazing food
We had the mozzarella sticks which were awesome
I had the street tacos and she had the quesadilla
Definitely would recommend to anyone
Had my family in town for my birthday and reserved a table on the roof. There were only 2 servers for the rooftop but they seemed overwhelmed most of the time. We ordered an appetizer for our group, someone from the kitchen set it down and never brought us plates, silverware, or napkins, we had to get up and go get them ourselves. We were missing one of the sides when our food arrived and didn't receive it till we were all done with our meal. The food all around was good but the service could've been a lot better.
Awesome service food and drinks! Servers were very helpful and nice! First time visiting and would definitely go back if we are ever in that area!
Bartender was quick and efficient. Building nostalgia was great, loved it! The Cuban and philly steak sandwich were great.
The food was good, but the chicken quesadilla didn’t come with chicken and the portions were small for the price. The waitress came to our table to get our order and that was it.
Raleigh times is one of our favorite places to go. Food is great, staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming any day of the week.
It was such a nice time...the rooftop is wonderful this time of year. The staff was friendly, attentive AND ALL WEARING MASKS <3
Forgot how good the food is here! Sat on the rooftop and felt very comfortable as it was not overcrowded and tables were spaced apart appropriately. Nice server. Gave 4 stars cause there was nothing special about it, but it was good.
