   Quiet Clam now has a new chef and a new menu. Menu is more pub like than before, and he new chef is definitely talented. We had a special of St Louis ribs that were outstanding, possibly the best ribs we’ve had in quite some time. Appetizers of salad and steamers were quite good, as was their burger. Nice to have a reasonably priced alternative to all the expensive restaurants in the area.

   Seafood!!!! This great little incarnation of the original was a great little find to sip wine and have soup on a cold autumn day. The linguine Vonghoke was filled with clams and every Steamer I had opened and came in an amazing broth! Raul our bartender was very friendly and attentive. I would totally recommend this unpretentious gem in The Hamptons!

   The stuffed clams had way too many breadcrumbs, though tasty. The fluke was a bit soggy but also tasty, a mite overcooked. The service was very good, though it was not crowded at all. Oysters and little necks were very good. Prices are reasonable, especially compared to other spots. We would return

   A light and bright spot for lunch (haven't tried dinner) with a wonderfully diverse menu, great service and excellent food. What makes the Quiet Clam 2.0 even more special is that the family who owned it in the late 70s has returned to take over the reins once again. Hooray!

   The food is very good (and probably under appreciated)--but I think it suffers because the atmosphere is a bit lacking.

    Low cost. Not worth it. Worst wine ever. Much better ambiance, menu service , when it was service station. We tried 3 times. They have changed the menu for the worst. In the beginning had some good specials, excellent hamburger, lobster. So many better place to eat in East Hampton or Montauk. Skip it.
