   My food was not as good as expected. The tuna and steak was over cooked. I was very shocked. We sent the tuna back once then decided that we picked a bad spot to celebrate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We just let it go and said goodbye. We didn’t want to offend her.

   Outstanding! Not one but two servers tending our table, they were EXCELLENT The food was delicious and seats so comfortable. Very relaxing and most enjoyable experience.

   Stellar service from David and great tasting food! Crab imperial always a hit as are the Greenberg potsto skins.

   The ambiance was good, the service from Kayla was excellent, the service from the runner was rushed and incomplete. The lobster on the seafood tower was not cooked correctly so it was impossible to get all of the meat out. The runner did not include the lemons or petite forks, the cocktail sauce was clumpy like it had been frozen. No natural liquid in the raw oysters, they were dry. The Ceasar salad was over dressed. My filet was cold and chewy, asparagus was cold and woody, the twice backed potato was inedible, did not even try to taste. Bloody Mary was fine, white wine was fine, chocolate cake was fine. Kim, the manager, was apologetic and removed the uneaten entree from the bill and I just wanted to get a burger to eat so I wouldn't be hungry and ordered a burger with no cheese. It came, and it had cheese on it. I'm lactose intolerant. My wife and I don't get many opportunities to have date nights because we care for her 96 year old mother and we have to have someone cover for that. We really tried to keep our date night as positive as possible but we really wanted The Prime Rib experience and we did not get that. Thanks for reading and we hope this never happens to us again.

   A memorable culinary experience in all phases. I was well-attended by my server, Thomas, who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The ambience was peaceful with a reasonable ambient noise despite the busy setting. Most importantly, I enjoyed a perfectly-prepared, rare chateaubriand. I think it’s a challenge for places to cook rare these days… and Prime Rib Maryland at Live! Casino executed this with elan. Flavorful… simply awesome. The garlic Demi-glacé complimented the tenderloin well although the taste reminded me of a marsala-based sauce. Still, it was flavorful. A memorable night indeed.

   My wife had the 16oz prime rib, and I had the stuffed flounder special. Our sides were the Brussel sprouts and the scalloped potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our server, David, was friendly and helpful, making it an overall fine dining experience. We will be back soon, and often.
