The service was perfect and atmosphere was amazing. Our meal could have been a little better quality for what we paid for it. My crab cakes were just average. They were served room temperature with little seasoning. Not what you would imagine for the price and for Maryland crab cakes. Overall my husband felt his steak was seasoned well and cooked to the right temperature. It was not one of the best meals we have received here but very enjoyable.
Despite going to Live almost twice a month for the last 4 years, this was our first time dining here. It was great seeing an old face from our favorite restaurant (Gaby, manager). We knew then from previous experiences.that the service and food would be impeccable and it was. Our only problem was that we were not told that the Peruvian chicken would take as long as it did ahead of time. My son loved it but would have ordered something different so we could have eaten sooner.
The food was really great. Service was awesome. would recommend.
This was one of best, We were so pleased with everything the service and food was outstanding. This was the quality one would desire at all times. great!!!!
It was amazing! Better than Ruth cris and Gordon Ramsey
Regrettably my steak was over cooked and had to be sent back which had my romantic dinner with my bride eating her meal before mine; Other than that, service great, food great, love the ambiance; I will be going back.
Me and my husband went here for our valentines weekend celebration and it was amazing.
Hello Sir/Ma'am/Prime Rib,
Hands down a great place to literally wine and dine. Amazing food, quality service. Not to mention the free valet that comes with this. However, the one MAJOR problem is that valet is NOT guranteed with your reservation. Even though its offered, once the lot is "full" cars are turned away leaving you to park on your own. While this isn't a problem, if there isn't even space for Reservations w/ Valet [for The Prime Rib] then it shouldn't be offered. This means, you have to drop your wife/spouse/signifcant other off at the door or have them walk with you... which isn't ideal considering.
The food was top notch and the service was very fast and professional.
Food was excellent, service was excellent, a bit pricey, but expected for level of food and service.
Do not go to this Prime Rib Location!!!! We went to the original in Baltimore and loved it!! We payed to stay at Casino Live to have the same experience and not have to drive home. Had advertised Valentines Menu! This is what happens when you become a franchise!!
Great everything. Not as much of a variety for the side dishes as i would like. That is only complaint. Everything was great
I hope the crab cocktail is coming back to the menu.
This was the worse experience I ever had at a place I’m trying for the first time . They brought my filet out cold twice !! I will never return to this place ever again.
Was able to be sat immediately at my reservation time, but the service was horrible. I waited atleast an hour for my food and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. The waiter wasn’t very accommodating to my requests and then proceeded to ask me at the end of the meal to pay him more in tip. Very rude. I will not be visiting this establishment again.
Had to wait a while for a fork
Had to wait a while for a server to take my order.
Had to wait a while for some bread.
Very bad experience ...
You pay a lot of money and it's not the best experience you end up getting...
I used to recommend this place more than I would. Certainly not for holidays these days. I used to be there once or twice a week but now it is hardly once or twice every several months. I booked a reservation 3 months in advance for Valentine's Day as it is where I proposed to my wife 2 years ago. We went there regularly as well as with her children as a family for occasions. This time, the experience was perhaps the worst I had. They over packed the restaurant instead of sticking to limited seating like they usually do, so the kitchen was ridiculously slow and the restaurant was far noisier than usual. The items on the prix-fixe menu was in smaller portions, and would cost less if you ordered them separately on the regular menu. People were getting seated who had no reservations. One of my regular servers was great at doing his job and maintaining his cool under pressure, but even he was annoyed by the overcapacity. I'm used to a slower pace for "fine dining" but to take over an hour for a prix-fixe menu made for a disappointing Valentine's Day.
We went on Valentine's day. We were sedated right away after that it went down hill. We waited over 1 hour for our meals to come out and this was with them offering a limited menu. I got a steak which was a little above room temperature, my wife ordered rack of Lamb, which had a ton of fat on them. This location really needs to step it up. Their prices are higher than RC, Bobby Van's and Flemings.
This is such a great place for a fancy dining experience. My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner and the service was fine dining at it's best. On a special occasion we will come back.
While expensive this is a place to experience a terrific meal with perfect attention to detail and great ambiance. We loved the place and the elegance. The Manhattans are perfect along with the meals. Met some nice people there and loved the visit from the manager and all the conversation.
Food was not up to par. Seafood platter included old tasting crab and lobster meat. Clams casino was barely hot. Prime rib was good and debase was excellent. Not the same as the downtown prime rib.
It was just as excellent as on previous occasions This time I had prime rib vs the bone in ribeye. Both good choices. My wife likes the filet and it has been served just as she likes. Will not hesitate to eat here again. Service has also been excellent!
A solid meal, the service was above average, however the main courses came out way too fast.
We had reservations at 7:00 pm and arrived early. Although there were empty tables, we were informed by the hostess that they could not accommodate us until 7:00 pm. We decided to sit in the bar area. The music level made it difficult to hold a conversation. We did ask the bartender to turn it down and it did go down slightly. Our salads were well prepared and delivered within a reasonable window, however we waited almost an hour and a half for our burgers, with no explanation or apology on the wait. We will not be returning to this restaurant as there are better options within the casino.
Friends visiting from Georgia. Chose the Prime Rib because I’ve enjoyed the food, service and esthetics in the past. We all thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.
Nice place nice food
Everyone in our group of 6 enjoyed it. We all look forward to returning.
Lovely evening, excellent food.
We have been to Prime Rib before and never had issues like we did this time. Wife’s steak was just warm and Brussels sprouts were mushy. They took both back and simply heated up the steak which made it hot, but overcooked. Brussels sprouts were still mushy. When a supervisor came out, not even a manager or chef, he admitted it was the same steak but wanted to argue over the 10 dollar Brussels sprouts rather than the 50 dollar steak. Server was great but management and supervision sucks. They need training and frankly, I shouldn’t have been given a bill at all. This crappy meal and experience cost 128 dollars (not including tip). I will never go back, since I get better responses from outback or longhorn steakhouses. The Prime Rib should take their name back....live does not meet their standard.
Very good steak. It's high end steak restaurant which reflects the menu price. Tha atmosphere is great, good file steak. Their crab soup was very good.
The only thing I didnt like is that they dont enforce their dress code.
Service was Superb. The food was even better than that!
The food was amazing. My server Scott was so nice, patient, & efficient. He even took pictures for my date and I. The setting is so romantic. My drink was soooo good as well. If you love sidecars you’ll love the one at The Prime Rib.
Steaks were not cooked to order, in fact charred, lacked taste, too noisy.
We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and everything was perfect - between the service, food and ambiance - we enjoyed every minute.
Live Piano player was nice. Might or not be able to hear music in the main dining room depending on your location.
Food was served cold. Hostess gave us attitude for being 5 minutes early to our reservation.
Fantastic experience. Food and service was excellent. The waiter was one of the best I’ve ever had. He was attentive, personable, and a great asset.
Tonight’s visit was a disappointment and did not meet our expectations at all. We are frequent diners at Prime Rib, and found that our meal selection tonight did not meet Prime Rib’s standards. The prime rib that we ordered was bland, excessively fatty, and unusually tough. The server was inattentive, slow, and unresponsive to our concerns. The general manager gave us his card and promised to make things right “next time.” What was one of our favorite date night venues has just lowered itself on our list.
My experience at Prime Rib was exquisite from the ambiance to the ambiance down to the wait staff. There was one specific staff member that stood out from the rest. It was a gentleman by the name of Adam. Adam was attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. Adam made my 40th a day to remember. He is truly an assets to the Prime Rib establishment.
