By far the cleanest and best shucked oysters I have had in a LONG time. We ordered the salmon and lamb as our entree ... EXCELLENT. The lamb was perefctly cooked as well as the salmon. The crispy Brussel sprouts and and potatoes added a tasy charred flair. The sweet potato paired as a perfect side for the lamb. Now lets get to my complicated drink order, an American twist on a caipirinha, our server was so eager to please me :). And it was delish!! They also make a VERY good LI iced tea. So glad we took a chance on this gem.

It was a very pleasant experience for my guests and family. All the dishes were very good to excellent, including dessert and wine. I am very happy to have found this restaurant close to my residence. I will surely be returning often.

We went for brunch the avocado toast with salmon and the French toast with Nutella was delicious

This was a first time The Preston House and Hotel restaurant and I must say it was great. The service and the food was top notch. Try the Carbonara. The wine cellar is a nice place for drinks.

Wonderful dinner before a show at The Suffolk. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. Husband had the Lobster, a good value at 47$ which included a side of choice. Another diner had the steak,which was tender and delicious. I will return and I suggest you give it a try.

I’ve been to Preston House several times. It’s typically a good experience. This was generally a good experience w two exceptions. We waited for several minutes for a maitre’d to come to the desk to seat us. And I ordered the pork porterhouse medium rare to medium and it came very well done. Otherwise, service and food were good.
