Didn’t really enjoy the good, just wasn’t what I was looking for.
We had a really great time at brunch yesterday.. only complaint would be that we ordered eggs over easy and got super hard fried eggs.. and the pricing was a tad higher than I felt it should be. But the restaurant was really nice, and the servers were great.
Food is great and the drinks are as well. Unfortunately when getting the bottomless drinks with brunch they are a little slow with the refills. Other than that it's a good experience.
Went for my husbands 30th birthday with friends. We had amazing service. The only negative was when we asked for a dessert for the birthday boy they said they didn’t really do anything like that. They brought out some sort of breaded dessert with no candles or anything and just handed it to us. Found that a little add, I imagine we can’t be the first group to go there for a birthday celebration.
I came to the restaurant before for a friend's graduation brunch and everything was great. Food/service, everything was perfect. I decided to make a reservation for my mom's birthday but unfortunately I did not have the same experience as my last visit. Our waitress was nice but moved extremely slow when taking orders. When our food did come out no one's food was actually hot, it was room temperature at best. As for the bottomless drinks during brunch hour, a few of the guests were only able to get one beverage due to slow service or forgetfulness. There were 12 guests total and only 1 person was happy with her meal. I think maybe a second server would have helped the situation. I will say the manager (didn't catch his name) did accommodate us by taking most of the entrees off the bill (at least 3 were sent back to the kitchen) this experience did put a damper on my Mother's birthday celebration. Not sure if I'd be open to visiting again

We came in for a nice bachelorette dinner, were put in the bar area which was great for space but didn't really experience the restaurant side. Food was amazing!!! Very quick as well. Service was good, but expected maybe a little more engagement or personality from the staff knowing we were celebrating... But I def recommend and would go back if in the area.

The food was cold and seemed old. My party was there for a while and other people’s food looked completely different and more appetizing

This was our first time at this restaurant and it will be our last! The food was AWFUL and OVERPRICED!
Starting with the tomato stack appetizer, the tomatoes weren’t even ripe and there was only one tiny piece of goat cheese on top. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with avocado. It was the WORST the grilled cheese ever! Not only did it not any avocado, the bread wasn’t toasted and it’s as soggy from way too much pesto. I could only choke down 1/2 of it and the fries wrote cold. Speaking of cold, my husband ordered the $18 steak salad, which contained pieces of cold, gray steak that was barely edible. My husband also ordered a drink with gin. They were out of gin! How is a bar out of gin?!?!
My best advice, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Our $100 dinner left us hungry and very disappointed!

Overall I don’t think we would come back. We were seated without menus and waited almost 10 mins before our waitress spoke to us or gave us a menu. The food was a little lukewarm and the drinks were very watered down. Ice doesn’t go in a mimosa.

We went for brunch and the bottomless drinks. The food was decent, portions aren’t that big but good. For $20 bottomless drinks we really didn’t get. The waitress wasn’t really as attentive as we thought she should be as far as offering drinks. It was our first time there but not sure we will return.

The lady waiting on our party of 5 did a great job considering she was making drinks and working the whole dining room. Could have been faster but short handed right now.

The food was amazing! However there was a drag show event that we were not aware of at the time which was very loud & it was nearly impossible to have a conversation or even hear our server
Food was bland and not well seasoned. Server was socially awkward and bare talked or smiled.
Food was tasty. We sat on the patio which is located at the back of the restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff.
The food and coffee were all luke warm to almost cold. The homefries looked like the scrapings from the pan.

The service was horrible. Our waiter did not introduce himself. He did not greet us. We did not find out his name until I asked when paying our bill. He was not attentive at all. Our food came we had no silverware. We had no napkins. Someone brought us silverware. We did not get napkins and refills until I asked the host who then sent our waiter. Of it was not Father's Day and my husband said just let it go I would have definitely complained. In the beginning we asked our waiter for straws and he told us he thinks there out. I just saw another waiteress give her table straws. Smh. He then comes back with paper straws open. Right after that another waitress walks by with straws pre wrapped for her table. This was by far the worst service but the food was great. Not sure that I would refer anyone to The Point. Maybe we will have to give them a second chance. Good Service is a big deal. Our waiter seemed like we were bothering him and he did not want to be there.
Taylor was great! She took great care of our party of 5. The food was good with the exception of the opinion of mine that the tenders were a bit over cooked for a kids meal. We will be returning for happy hour however.
This was a disappointing experience. There were no masks anywhere. While I understand this is allowed there were groups with obviously young, unable to be vaccinated kids. If you are comfortable with this, it won’t be an issue, but if you are still being cautious for whatever reason, think twice about going.
The food was just ok. I do not recommend the avocado toast from the brunch menu.
Cleanliness was also an issue. There was lipstick on a glass we were served, the table was super sticky and there was a mouse running around on the floor and up the wall near our table.
We will not be back.

Service was not good. Meal came out wrong, took almost 10 minutes for waiter to come to our table to let him know. Never received second drink I ordered. Had to have another server help us.

Food was great as always. Staff was friendly and helpful. The band that was playing was fine, but they were way too loud. It would be better overall if the sound modulation for the bands was handled properly for your given space. When a band is performing it kills the whole experience of dining with you because the sound is always awful and way too loud.
If you aren’t native to the city (specifically that busy Towson area near the mall) then you’ll easily miss it. Also, there are 2 entrances, so don’t be alarmed if you walk in & you only see a bar area. Overall, the experience was great. The food was good, my only complaint would be that my tater tots were greasy, but I’m sure that’s not an everyday occurrence as everything else was prepared well. I ordered the shrimp & grits, I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for brunch or an intimate gathering.

The staff is very friendly. The live band was really good. You have to be patient though. They are getting back in the grove of things like the rest of the world.

Very tasty and fun apps. Crabcake on top of the steak salad was a little more expensive than I expected. Steak salad was great and cooked correctly.
