    Fabulous food! Wonderfully fresh and inventive. An especially great place if anyone has food challenges. If we lived nearby, we would be back regularly! Loved touring the vegetable garden before our meal.

    I really wanted to love this place. It had great reviews, a nice atmosphere, and lovely service. The staff were friendly and inviting. However, the food was challenging to enjoy. My husband got the korean BBQ chicken which was good for the most part, but came with rice that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I got the biscuits and gravy. I hate to say it, but they were genuinely horrible. The taste was gross and the texture was terrible. I rarely feel this way about food and I genuinely am upset I didn't like it because everything else was so nice. However, I just can't justify eating somewhere if the food isn't going to be satisfactory.

    I’m not a vegetarian, but The Plot is rapidly becoming one of my favorite restaurants. It’s so nice to have brunch in a pleasant atmosphere in a place with lots of healthy options. For brunch, the patty melt in particular is amazing. For dinner, we like to get an assortment of their seasonal vegetable dishes. The service is always fantastic, they have such a friendly and attentive staff of lovely folks.

    This is one of the best vegan restaurants in San Diego County. I've probably go to The Plot - Oceanside at least once a month. Delicious food, great ambience and service. Everything is so flavorful and the dishes are all unique. I take all my non-vegan friends there and everyone loves it!!

    Drove down from LA. It was extremely busy as I went on Mothers Day, but the service was still great. I really enjoyed my food. I had the sausage biscuits. It didn’t look like any sausage biscuits I’d ever seen before: it was BOUGIE 😂 It was elevated and delicious. For dessert I had a special of the day: key lime pie. Also, very good. The prices are more than fair. Overall I enjoyed it and look forward to going back any chance I get.

    Our party of 5 waited 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The eggplant sandwich was the only dish that was enjoyed. Drinks were served with large, random leaves of chard, sweet pickles and micro greens. Once served, our table was ignored and we had to track down a server in order to pay the tab.

    Plant Scape - Truly a Boundary Bending Dinner was an experience that was also mind bending. Veggies, mushrooms, beets (lots of beets), potatoes, cauliflower, radishes...... All used in the most creative way. The purple cauliflower with karage was a standout, as was the shitake mushroom meatballs, and the radish tuna. Weird, but "good weird". Service was outstanding. They were booked, lots of food coming out, but it was like a perfectly choreographed dance. Lovely special event. We will do it again. Seats are uncomfortable, but I have a skinny A$$!!

    Went to plant scape last night at the plot. What an incredibly amazing experience. The food is always wonderful but this night Dave was epic. The presentation stellar, the flavors exquisite, the service impeccable. I personally am not a vegan, but make the plot a regular dining experience at least monthly. thank you to Jessica and her team for another wonderful evening.

    This is one of my favorite North County vegan restaurants. I've brought non-vegans here and so far, all of them have enjoyed the food. Especially the Caesar salad and the chicken and waffles. I love going for dinner because they sometimes have a yummy eggplant parmesan. So delicious! I love that they grow many of the veggies right there at the restaurant and try to minimize food waste.
