   We all had a delicious meal at The Pepys. A really nice venue and lovely food. the staff were helpful with our varied food issues!

   The food was terrible - we had to send a dish back due to the chemical taste in the salsa covering it. Service was slow (but we had a friendly waitress) and we were sat in the middle of a corporate event. Overpriced food, and the beautiful view of the Thames is blocked by the number of smokers crowded on the balcony. I would not recommend.

   The service whilst friendly was very slow especially considering there were only 2 tables ordering food at the time we were there. We ordered the Advocado salad which was a main course charged at £14. The size was that of a SMALL starter portion. I queried whether we had been given a main course as was told that we had. The salad had one small piece of asparagus and 2 slices of tomato and a small amount of buffalo mozzarella with a sprinkle of pine nuts. It is a long long time since I have been to a restaurant where I felt I was being ripped off for food, but the Pepys scored a maximum 10 for that. Would certainly never go there again.

   We really love The Pepys, thse staff are lovely and it has a great ambience. The food is superb

   Delicious food. But it took nearly an hour to arrive. They had a problem with the steak which they had to change. I trust that will be quicker next time. Unasked, they took the drinks off the bill to recompense.

   Service was so slow that the waitresses were confused. One came over to ask if we wanted coffee and the bill before our food had even arrived. When it did come, my steak was ok, but my colleague's venison was undercooked and tough. Won't be going back.

   Amazing staff, so helpful and brill, yum food and cheap for how good it was. Quiet and amazing view

   Venue absolutely delightful, service extremely slow, we waited 40 minutes for our one and only course, when the food eventually came out it was cold, as we were on our lunchtime break we did not have the time to wait for fresh food. This delightful eating venue is spoilt by such disorganised service, it could be great but is not.

    We waited over an hour for the lamb tagine and it came out cold. For the price, it was not worth it. Manager was lovely and offered us a free glass of wine which was appreciated. Disappointing as Pepys used to be lovely.
