Great atmosphere, excellent service, excellent food! We'll definitely be back 😊
Beautiful view of the harbor from the patio. Food was very tasty and well-presented.
We think that they were just opening up from COVID because there were not many people dining there on a Friday night.
Very dark environment. Food was not good.
The live entertainment was way too loud
Great service by Sidney. Kind and came back to check in us. The food was great! I ordered the chillequiles and thought they were excellent. Please compliment the chef!
Went there for dinner on a random Tuesday evening. Food was miserably bad: Wagyu burger, fried chicken sandwich, sea bass - all were terrible.
I went for a family dinner, and there was a party with girls in bikinis and music blaring. Probably lots of fun if you are looking for that scene. Would have been good to know it was not a sit down relaxing dinner kind of place.
The restaurants view while eating was amazing but the feel and the employees gave it a more 20 year old arena feel. Seemed more interested in setting up for the clubbers! Food was ehhhh!
We really enjoyed it . Valet parking was $35. 00
Fun, energetic environment! Great food and entertainment
Exceeded expectations. Sat around lounge table outside overlooking the bay, with heaters was perfectly comfortable. For such a hip place, expected so so food. Was totally wrong... food was amazing! Had ahi tuna salad, steak salad, flat bread. Would absolutely go back.
Biggest issue was there were a few dine and dock speed boats next door at Woody’s. They had their music unnecessarily blaring louder than the Peninsula’s music. It looked at sounded like they were in Havasu. Very rude and disruptive to what could have been a relaxing and classy experience. There are noise ordinances and management could have enforced them for the sake of their customers.
Service was great. Food was just ok. Restrooms were terrible. This place seems to have issues with general management. We keep trying though!
Took waiter 20 min to greet us and take our drink order, was told short staffed. I could understand. Ordered a cocktail that came in a cheap plastic cup…..decided not to order food. Also menu did not list choices as before. But the small plastic cups was a 1st and probably will not be going back again. Very disappointed and definitely not the same as past experiences in past.
The view and location are the only redeeming qualities of the peninsula lounge. The food was mediocre, and the service was extremely disjointed. There was no hostess when we arrived, once we were seated it look quite a while for anyone to come to our table. When someone finally come over she told us they didn't have menus, and she went over the menu verbally. After a while longer someone else come by to take our drink order (although there was also no drink menu.) None of the staff were wearing masks and music was aggressively loud.
Went for brunch, food was well done and great views.
We made an online reservation for High top seating because we wanted to sit in the open during Covid . When we reached there they said that it is not available and that they have another reservation after it, gave some weird excuse (which I sensed from the way the hostess said it that she just made that out of thin air) that they are changing to the reservation system and they can’t honor the online reservation.
If they are changing their reservation system and can’t honor it, then they shouldn’t be offering it for now and shouldn’t have confirmed it . We saw that they left the tables unoccupied until another family/group came in, and offered it to them
The food was good, but the service was awful. Our dinner was nearly 3 hours just because it would take 20+ minutes everytime we needed the waiter.
Our table outside had the perfect view, our server Ally was quick, attentive, and very personable. The Vegan, the asparagus Caesar and the burger and fries were all super tasty! It was our second time there in a week and can’t wait to go back.
Very scenic and relaxing ambiance. Would go there again for next brunch date with friends.
Mother’s Day Brunch was 🔥🔥🔥. Definitely we are coming back with more friends for brunch.
Service and food was great
We made a reservation for this place for a Mother's Day late lunch. First of all, we asked for outside and they were not able to provide that. Secondly, the people who worked there didn't wear their masks and although they saw we were wearing ours, they didn't care about our safety. Additionally, they sat us a place that didn't even have a dining table, instead a coffee table was there and we were expected to eat at a small coffee table. The service was fair and so was the food. But overall, the place is not good for dining and our experience was poor.
Unorganized staff, the staffs clothing was dirty and no one was wearing a mask, we had to ask for everything from cutlery to more water. The food was good, and the location by the water was the only thing good about it.
We were promptly seated and the service was excellent. We loved the food and will go back. As a bonus there was a saxophone player for Mother's Day Brunch and they gave the women a nice long stem rose.
The food was outstanding! Has a clubby vibe even for brunch.
Very generous portions, delicious crab benedict made with a crabcake base instead of an english muffin.
Yesterday I hosted a little bridal brunch here and it was perfect! The views are unbeatable, the ambiance is classy and chill, and the food was amazing. The pricing was surprising in the best way. I will definitely be back for more brunches this summer!
I won’t go back. Great space and view of the water but terrible decor and nothing matches. The music is obnoxious and loud like a bad club. Luckily we sat outside. The service was very slow and the food was mediocre. My medium rare steak arrived completely over cooked and like leather. The crowd was tacky and included millennials dressed badly. The restaurant and the people are trying hard to be “cool” but failing miserably. It’s a shame because it’s a great location.
Great live music. Great view. Food was delicious
The food was
Reggae Mondays with Earol are fantastic! We’ve been 3 times now and have loved every minute. The menu is tasty. Drink specials, especially the Mai Tai, delicious! My taste buds were tantalized. Be back soon!🥰
A great place. Food good, service too and valet parking a MUST here
Overall the food, ambiance, drinks and view was great I just wish our waitress took better care of us, my friend had asked for a side of pineapple juice and we noticed that just for our table she didn’t use a mini pitcher she just brought it over in a plastic cup. But every table near us had the mini pitcher. Or when my water was empty she took the glass but never brought it back until I asked for another from a different waiter. I’m hoping next time we come we can have better service so this place can truly be a 5 star experience!
I recommend going but with a warning!!! Location has always been great but nothing seems to last there. It would be great if these guys could work out their issues so they could become a go to place we can count on as we would go back. We rolled the dice to check it out. The $20 parking fee didn't start things off well nor did the staff that were nice but had little to no training on service. It was like the owner just hired a bunch of people they knew to work there and said it would be fun. The valet parker was bellied up at the bar tasting beer samples before we even finished our lunch....not a great image. We were given our keys so we could leave on our own which kinda makes you wonder about why the $20 for valet parking to begin with? The servers were very nice girls but again the place just wasn't trained that well.....but we were surprised by the quality of the food. The menu didn't really knock you off your feet and seemed to be just thrown together with odd combinations...but everything we had was actually really good all the way down to the vegan stuff we ordered. The reality is the location is great and the views are great and so is the food...so what else do you need! I would suggest trying it out as the food is worth it. Maybe the staff is in the middle of training so they will be better by the time you get there.
A nice setting made up for bumpy service.
Our server came back to our table after 35 minutes of us placing our entree order to ask what we ordered because she forgot to enter it. We will give The Peninsula another chance soon.
Beautifuly done restaurant with incredible views of the water. Service was excellent. Our food was aesthetically plated and delicious. The only downside was they charge 20 dollars for two hour parking in their lot. Overall, we had an awesome experience.
Everything was great until loud mouth Dennis Rodman came parading around the restaurant to everyone’s table dropping f bombs in front of my kids. We were there as a family enjoying the peaceful ambience not to hear a washed up nba star showboat loudly and rudely to everyone’s table!
Great View of the Peninsula! Nice ambiance and aesthetic.
Has parking available for $20 for 2 hrs which is convenient considering the location but also a little pricey. Servers were also very friendly!
Return visit, this time inside upstairs. Small table for eating but we did appetizers and cheese board so it worked well,
Using the floor for water glasses. Looking forward to taking a charcuterie board and bottle of wine on a Duffy when That opens up for guests, hopefully!
The view was amazing and the ambiance was very lively and well decorated. I appreciated how great the current service was and how friendly all of the staff were!
