    Come here for the drinks only. Service was not great. Orders were not correct, staff at times no where to be found. Came off the roof to grab a drink downstairs and was weirdly tracked down by an employee who wrongly told us our bill had not been charged only to wind up double billed. Not a great night.

    Think Schitt's Creek. This is a 1960s hotel redone... Very eclectic! We ate at the pool. Food, service and drinks were great. Definitely not what I was expecting, but fun and great!

    The hype created by OpenDoor was unnecessary. The app said there was ONLY ONE RESERVATION AVAILABLE ALL NIGHT! I jumped on it! We were LITERALLY the ONLY people there other than the bartender. There was not even a host at the host stand. Food was fine…drink was fine. But the false escalation of the hype was uncalled for.

    Great scene. Food excellent. Service was on top of things. Music made it fun but wasn’t over the top, great time had by the pool.

    Joey was amazing. He's extremely attentive. One is never waiting long for drinks or food! The pool is small, but it was perfectly sized for the amount of people there. The food was incredible. The short rib tacos are highly recommended! Very friendly atmosphere. Will be visiting again when in town.

    Nick G. must’ve been new and it showed. From the start, he didn’t seem to know what my beverage credit was for my daybed. He didn’t take our initial order, until after I placed my order at the bar. He was difficult to find at times. Weren’t many customers present and service was slow. Fish bowls were not what I expected, they were two beta size ones. Would’ve been cheaper to get two regular drinks. No souvenir as they claimed on the menu unless those bowls were it. There was a $30 service charge on my bill that seems to fluctuate by bill amount. In addition, Nick failed to remove a dish from my receipt that later was learned was not available (which I failed to catch at the time). Which is another thing, several menu items weren’t available. First and last visit for us. And for those that care, it was a 4 foot pool. Not very big overall and it was green, not blue.

    We had gotten a sectional and things were going well until the bartenders decided they’d prioritize walk-ups rather than care care of their waiters and those already seated. We could even see some of the waiters were frustrated. We waited in drinks and food for about an hour at one point. Pool absolutely cannot handle many people. It was GREEN for the whole day. I would not get back in it after it had seen at least 200+ people in it. Ick. Everything else was great… food was good and love the gin-cucumber pitcher cocktail. Joey (our waiter) was great.

    Think college frat party but with a mix of generations. Small pool, no shade, many menu cocktails unavailable, finicky so so DJ. But good ppl watching and with right expectations you can have a good time.

    The Unscripted needs to get their act together!!! This was a Drag Brunch. The key is booze!! The bar was under stocked and SLOW! We waited 45 minutes for our drinks....and they were wrong! Come on....get your act together.

    Wish there were more bottle opens. I believe we were limited to moet, 2-3 can be hard on the stomach. Same goes for the sugar bowls. I realize this is a NC issue nothing against US

    Horrible experience where they charged my card 3 times! You can’t get ahold of anyone at the location to discuss the charges, even after leaving voicemails and multiple calls. They were so unorganized that I had to let them know we had a reservation so I wouldn’t get charged for not showing up. But for some reason I was still charged..even after spending the food and drink minimum with a physical receipt. There were people in our seats that we reserved, and staff just said sit anywhere..which was not what we were paying for. I’m just blown that they don’t even check the reservations or confirm who you are and still charge you! Keep your receipts!

    Went here for brunch. The food was ok nothing spectacular. Now as for the Food/Swimming/Cabana rental situation is just not where it’s at. I’m not sure what type of meshing they are going for but it’s not working. It makes no sense… Any way to maximize outdoor space, food and money I give them E for effort. I don’t want to eat my brunch, along with loud pool party goers who have paid for a expensive, overpriced cabana and folks going in and out of a bathtub sized pool dripping water everywhere. The area is way to SMALL for this. Then, they have the full bar crammed in lol. Just NO!

    Sonny was great to coordinate with and we were very pleased that they offered a glass of champagne to the moms on Mother's Day. Weather did not allow us to be seated on the rooftop, so we were seated in the lobby bar. Food was delicious. but it took a long time with only two other tables in the dining room. We were told it was because the server had to go upstairs to the kitchen. Also, one of the dishes was brought out much later than the others, which led to one of our mom's waiting.

    We did not stay and eat because the heaters were not working. I called ahead of time to ask and make sure that we could sit in a heated area. When we got there the place was nearly empty and they couldn’t get the heaters to work. We were even told that they might be ‘just for decoration’? Still, nice staff and we’ll definitely go back. Just way too cold to dine outdoors without extra heat.

    Service was quite bad, our server did not know much about the menu or what was available. It also would take an inordinate amount of time to get the simplest of things, there were maybe 3 or 4 other tables at the time. Lastly, the tuna on the nachos looked like cat food.

    Very nice atmosphere. Loved being on the roof poolside. Food slightly priced high for what you get- salmon in this case. But tasted good. Several items on the menus were no longer available. Need yo update to reflect changes. But overall not bad.

    We had a great time! The food was good and a little expensive for what we got, but for hotel food I was impressed and it was well worth it to get it delivered right to pool side! The whole vibe of the pool and restaurant was awesome, the drinks were well priced and we had an absolute blast. It was a great date afternoon and the staff was very attentive. We reserved a daybed and easily hit the 100$ minimum for food/drink. We will definitely be back!

    We were looking for a new place since we don’t live by Durham. We had something to celebrate and wanted a different vibe than a fancy steakhouse. We didn’t realize they close so early. Our reservations were at 7:30pm on a Thursday night and were told on arrival that the kitchen closes at 8pm. Our plan was to sit and enjoy the view while ordering a few different items. We were hoping the bar stayed open later but that wasn’t the case. The food was pretty good and the view was amazing during the sunset. The food came out quick but I’m guessing they thought the faster the food comes the faster we leave. The vibe was cool with the retro motel and poolside views.. Service was not that great and felt like we were imposing being there. I had about half my drink left and the waitress went to take it without asking if I was done. That was our cue to leave. We still enjoyed the atmosphere, food and the drinks but it was disappointing this was our first time out in 2 years (2 small kids and a pandemic will do that) and had something to celebrate and was rushed through the experience. Maybe put a discloser about closing hours when allowing reservations at 7:30pm?

    This has become our place to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time. Service is a little slow, but it seemed like they only had one or two people taking orders. They were on it so really no complaints there. Super helpful when I called to make the reservation answered al my questions. Definitely will be back.

    My two friends and I ate here for cinco de Mayo and with the reservation, we were seated very quickly! The tacos weren’t good and they were cold, but the drinks are delicious! The waiter was very busy all night but tried his best to service us quickly. Food isn’t worth the price but the atmosphere is awesome!

    The bartender was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, personable and engaging. The only area of improvement that I noted was the food delivery/timing. It was supposed to pair with certain cocktails; however, it was often late, arriving after we'd just about finished the cocktail. Other than that, great experience!

    We visited the Unscripted Patio for lunch, it was a nice setting, easy to find, and enjoyable. Our appetizers were delicious, pot stickers and potato croquettes, both had lovely sauces. Each one in our party had a different meal, all were great, especially the burger and the crab cake. Everyone enjoyed the green beans. Our server was attentive and sweet. Great wine and beer selection.
