   The Palm is always a part of our Majestic Theatre visits. Ambiance, food and friendly waitstaff have never been anything short of incredible!

   Excellent dining experience! Thoughtful expert service, comfortable ambiance, and tasty food. But on the expensive end of the price range, of course.

   We had an excellent dinner tonight at The Palm. The food was cooked to perfection. I loved the char on the steak. Alex, our server, was attentive without being intrusive.

   This was our first time at this restaurant. We had the ribeye and filet. Both were cooked to perfection. The service was top notch. We do not have any complaints. We were downtown for a concert at the Majestic Theater. This is a great choice for a pre-show meal!

   I’ve eaten here many times in the past. Usually, I have a pretty good experience. However, tonight’s meal was less than favorable. In fact, it was not very good. The Ahi tuna had no flavor and the meat was lacking as well. The service was awesome, but it did not make up for the Flavor of the food unfortunately. Usually my experience here is pretty good but tonight was definitely an off night for the chef.

   Alex our server was terrific. Since there was a show at the majestic, the restaurant was very busy but that didn’t affect the service. In years past, after Landrys took it over we felt the food went down hill a bit. Not tonight. Though the Monday night (chopped salad) is no longer available on the menu, I asked if it could be made and it was perfect. We shared a rib eye steak that was cooked to perfection, and a side. A few drinks with dinner and our meal was complete.

    Our server Natasha was amazing and our meal was perfection. We highly recommend The Palm and look forward to our next visit.
