    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. The appetizers were decent—both the shrimp cocktail and Caesar salad were fine and met expectations. However, the main course was a letdown. I ordered the 12oz center-cut filet, and unfortunately, it had an off-putting smell and an overwhelmingly greasy taste that made it very unpleasant. I also tried the “Black Truffle Risotto.” If truffle oil is used instead of real truffle, the menu should clearly state that. The oil was extremely overpowering, and the dish itself was poorly executed—the texture was clumpy and resembled something closer to leftover fried rice than a creamy risotto. Sadly, it was not edible. I hope the kitchen takes this feedback seriously, as the experience did not match the expectations set by the menu or the restaurant’s reputation.

    The steak was terrible. Not a good cut of meat. No seasoning, cold, tough. Very poor steak. This was not the case in the past. Something has clearly changed. Their supplier or their cook staff has changed I guess. I could cook a better steak from Publix in an air fryer. Sad, since that atmosphere is classic steak house, but I could never go back. You would be way better off at any steak house in Orlando. Mortons and Ruth Chris much better at this point.

    Just average steakhouse nothing special lobster bisque served cold . Truffle risotto was very oily too much truffle oil on top , request calamari without pepper served with pepper was very hot for my kids didn’t enjoyed it . Server was busy , take him while to check the table . Overall not the experience I was looking for .

    Fantastic as always! Great selection of wine, always a perfect NY strip and fresh lobster prepared perfectly. And don’t forget the creamed spinach, no one does it like the Palm!

    We meet to the Palm to celebrate a 16th birthday and it was perfect - delicious food, attentive service and a classy experience. Definitely recommend.

    We both ordered the 8oz filet and unfortunately they were extremely salty. We ended up eating around the outside. For the price we paid we should have sent them both back.
