    ⸻ The Palms never disappoints! The food is always consistently great, and on our latest visit, we had the lobster and filet mignon combo—absolutely cooked to perfection. We love sitting at the bar, especially when Jesse and Chris are working. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and make the whole experience even better. This has become our go-to spot before any concerts or shows at Hard Rock Live. Highly recommend!

    Unfortunately our service was pretty terrible. I’m Definitely not one to complain but it was pretty bad. My husbands drink came out wrong, took forever to get our drinks, I ordered another one and never got it. Salads came out after our meal. I feel like our server was high honestly. But we still enjoyed ourselves. Food was fantastic!

    The service was incredible! Our waitress went out of her way to try to make our experience incredible. We even got seconds on the pretzel bread! Also, great drinks and entrees.

    An Unforgettable Dining Experience I’ve been visiting The Palm restaurants loyally across the country for over 20 years, and I can confidently say this was the best meal I’ve ever had. After two decades of consistently great experiences, the Orlando team has managed to raise the bar even higher. The service was exceptional, the cocktails were expertly crafted, and of course, the steak was perfectly cooked—surpassing even my high expectations. The management team went above and beyond by pairing wines that complemented each course beautifully. The lively atmosphere on a weekday evening captured the perfect blend of classic Old-School New York Steakhouse charm and modern sophistication. It was a packed house, but the attentive staff never missed a beat. I can’t wait to go back!

    Amazing happy hour, quiet small beautiful bar with amazing food, we loved the meatballs and garlic bread, the chicken parm sliders were better without the bread but still delicious and great deal for happy hour

    Our server Gabe was excellent. However our filets were overcooked and our su gratin potatoes not up to our expectations. The strip steak was tasty though.
