   The food wasn’t underwhelming considering how $$$ it was and maybe it was what we ordered.. burrata with heirloom tomatoes.. the tomatoes were tasteless but the pesto made up for it.. my salmon was cooked perfectly fine but the quality and taste was mediocre and there was only a few leaves of arugula on the plate.. wasn’t picture worthy. My husband enjoyed the wagyu beef sandwich but he noted the bread was too crusty and hard to eat.. there was another large party behind us celebrating a bday and they were sooo loud it made our meal not as enjoyable as we’d like. The ambience was stellar so that is probably the only thing I would rate closer to 5 stars.

   Food flavors and taste were fantastic. Service was courteous and friendly. Overall a great dining experience. Enjoyed walking around afterwards.

   As usual, the place was hopping as there was a conference in the city this week. But I was able to pull away and have a table for two in the back of a room or a business meeting with a CEO of a company. It went well. The service was great. The food was even better. The wine silver oak was fantastic Perfect pairing the waitress and staff did an excellent job from appetizers to dessert. I will be back.

   One of SanFrancisco’s true gems. Food and service is top tier. Visit the rooftop before or after you dine. This jewel of the city is worth every penny.

    Dined here on Easter Sunday. Overall, I think the service could’ve been improved. We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine for the table, and our server opened it so poorly at least a glass spilled onto the table. The food was okay, but the portion for the wagyu beef has been significantly reduced. The banana split is still one of the best I’ve ever had.
