    We had reservations but noticed room at the bar. I had to find the host and seated at the bar. We sat for 18 minutes without service and woman walked up and sat down and waited on. We never got any service until we complained. I ordered salmon and it was smelly and untasteful. The manager took forever to come to our table. The waiter was the only good thing.

    It was great right from the start with a warm friendly greeting, like we were old friends. The food was superb as always - a nice succulent lobster was delicious. Our waiter, Mike knew what to do to keep the service level up while not being intrusive and just right to keep things moving along.

    We usually go to The Palm in Boston, but this visit to The Palm Chicago felt like a true home away from home—and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible General Manager, Travis. From the moment we walked in, his warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued regulars, not first-time guests. We’ll absolutely be back on our next trip to Chicago. Huge thanks to Travis and the team for making us feel so welcome!

    The services we received from our waiter Luis was nothing but perfect . We were celebrating my sister birthday the food was amazing so good . The chicken parm was a hit so flavorful . Crab cake and meatballs appetizer was so delicious. The masked potatoes , 3 cheese potatoes, risotto, lobster mac & cheese were the best we ever had this palm restaurant was the best food we ever had to the service and the food ex executive chef Thomas Michaels came to our table to wish my sister a happy birthday . The food he made for our dinner party was nothing but 5 stars. Definitely coming back here . Thank you palm restaurant for a 5 star experience.

    My chicken parm was a tad overcooked and tough to cut & eat. I’ve had it many times at several of your restaurants and kind of know what it Should taste like!

    Unfortunately, very disappointing. Only 4 tables, being served and service was still slow. 4 entrees and one side dish served less than warm. Medium rare ordered steak, served well done. Was challenged by manager who never introduced himself as such, accused me of not cutting into the steak which I did in 3 different places. Minimum accommodation was made.

    The bartender was fabulous (as were drinks). Caesar was decent - more than enough for 1, less than for 2. I could smell my sea bass coming. Not a good thing. Then it was lukewarm - I suspect it had been made a day before serving. $40 bucks!! No manager ever stopped by - waitstaff had to handle the issue all alone. (He refunded entree - I was too grossed out to get another one). My husbands steak was cooked perfectly, good piece of meat, but lacked any flavor whatsoever. Probably will not dine here again.
