The Palm in Charlotte continues to NEVER disappoint! I have held back from putting a review out because sometimes you have great experiences and sometimes you don’t. Not here! This is our third visit and each and every time the food has been fantastic, the service IMPECCABLE and the experience exactly what you would expect of a restaurant of this caliber. The Palm will be our regular stop for any occasion. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

We were promptly seated for our 4:30 reservation. It took as a while to decided on our food; nonetheless, when it arrived it was hot and very tasty. Dessert was amazing- key lime pie and carrot cake shared. We have a meal and dessert to take home. We had a wonderful experience.

I booked this reservation for a father’s day lunch. The website shows a lunch menu with more lunch type options and when I asked I was told there is no such menu and was dismissed by the server. I would not have chosen the Palm for a heavy steak meal at lunch and was uncomfortable have brought my boyfriends parents who were expecting something else. The server was not super engaged and missed things like silverware and food timing.. but having said that, the food was excellent. Please up your service game - thank you :)

Nice restaurant. Tables spaced well for a quiet evening. Enjoy a place you can chat while having your meal, a real plus in today’s restaurant scene. Good attentive service. We each had an appetizer, shrimp Bruno and steakhouse bacon very, both tasty and well presented. We split tomato onion salad, super combination, but tomatoes were crunchy. Fresh tomatoes locally sourced would have made that dish a super star. Entrees were Osso bucco and chicken parm, both generous proportions and yummy. A piece of cheese cake was brought out with candle for my birthday. A perfect ending to wonderful meal.

The food was just okay. Not like we remembered The Palm to be. It was exceptional the last time we there but that was many years ago. We won’t go back. Too many other spectacular restaurants.
