Joey, the general manager is absolutely the best! He takes great care of us each time we are there. The food is always spectacular and the service was also great!

Very good meal. Excellent food quality and portions. We started with nice cocktails and a fresh large shrimp cocktail. Wedge salad and lobster bisque were both delicious. The Ahi Tuna and ribeye were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend. It was my husband’s birthday and they recognized it professionally and creatively.

As always, Joey is great, and the hole staff is as well! Food and service are great, and we had a great time celebrating a birthday! Our “go to” place for special occasions!

We dined at The Palm at 8:00 on a Saturday evening. It's on the pricier side, and for that reason, I think I expected at least a four-star experience, but I was a tad surprised that it didn't measure up. Overall, the staff is pleasant and friendly, but our server was curt. My filet mignon, while flavorful, was overcooked and quite dry, and my companion's salmon, though moist, was about average in taste. The best thing we had was the green beans, which were excellent. The restaurant has terrible acoustics, and if there's a raucous table nearby (like there was that night), you can forget a quiet conversation. All in all, an average - not great - dining experience that should have been priced considerably lower.
