We welcome you to The Paddock Restaurant. The Paddock is a treat for the whole family. Pop in for breakfast, served daily until mid-day. We serve coffee, cakes, lunch and afternoon teas.
On Sunday come for the famous Paddock roast using all local produce. We’re fully licensed and offer our Spanish Cruzcampo lager on draft as well as a selection of local bottled beer and ales. Why not have a glass of wine and choose from hand-picked wines on the menu or pick a bottle from the Food Hall to accompany your meal.
For those just wanting a cuppa, we have a large selection of speciality teas and freshly ground coffees to be enjoyed with a slice of our delicious cakes. Children are welcome and we offer a children’s menu or smaller portions of the main menu.
We have a large free car park and coach parking, just 2 minutes from Junction 27 off the M6, sitting in the beautiful village of Wrightington. Large parties can be catered for - book now.

We booked in advance and we're shown to our table almost immediately. Waitress service was speedy and friendly and hadn't long to wait between courses. Food on all courses was very good. Many thanks.

Good food, nice atmosphere though very busy as half term holidays. Accommodated table of 8 without difficulty. Service was prompt and attentive. Only slight disappointment was that the menu had changed slightly from our previous visit and some of our favourites had disappeared.

Slow service considering the number of staff. The Greek Salad from the menu was missing olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt & pepper. Just a salad with a bit of feta on it. Nothing in the presentation to show it could be called Greek.

Lovely lunch for three of us. Food was excellent, as always. The atmosphere was relaxed even though it was a busy lunchtime. Service was good and staff were pleasant. The cakes were delicious too.

Going for lunch, as we do often, now finding little choice on menu. Maybe jacket potatoes, toasties, and mainly sandwiches on not to thick a bread, which my friends always leave one half. Yes a bit more lunch varieties.

Been several times and food is delicious, so fresh and plentiful. Good choice of hot meals, salads and sandwiches. It was a beautiful day so the 3 of us sat on the terrace.
