To best accommodate you, we ask that parties of four or more call ahead for reservations.

We were there for our anniversary and the experience exceeded our expectations! Our server Marnee was so personable and went out of her way to make sure our dinner was perfect by explaining the menu, offering suggestions, and being so attentive to our needs! From the gazpacho amuse bouche to the vanilla bean cheesecake, the food was exquisitely prepared and absolutely delicious! We could not have imagined a better anniversary celebration dinner! We look forward to celebrating many future events there!

We went for our anniversary and the staff made us feel so special. Jocelyn was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. She was a true gem! We will definitely be back!

My last visit was not great. The waitress came back every second telling me what they didn’t have. The portions of the sides were cut down. My drink was half empty. I just don’t know. Maybe I’ll try the Bugler out for awhile. I’m a regular but I have to be honest. So much has changed lately. Food portions cut. Also I noticed she charged a huge gratuity on our ticket for 2 people when I gave her a good tip. The dessert she packaged up were baby sized portions. I was livid when we left.

The Oak Room is by far the best restaurant in all of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The food was absolutely amazing! The appetizer, the salad, the main dish entrée, and the sides were just exquisite thanks to the chef! And the staff were also excellent and very attentive. And also catered to my strict dietary needs. Jocelyn’s service was superb! I cannot recommend them enough!

Not a better venue for a special celebration. Our anniversary dinner was fabulous and our server James was outstanding and very helpful

Food and service were extraordinary! My only compliant is they sat the 3 of us where one of us had back to what seemed to busy a passthrough to other tables. It was awkward and not sure why they sat us there when there was plenty of open tables more private.

Great experience for Mothers Day. Wife enjoyed everything with the dinner including the presentation of the meal. Will definitely dine again.

Dinner at the Oak Room was more than just a wonderful dinner…it was an experience. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious. Our server, James was attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.
