   Everything was lovely! Nice greeter, great waitress, Heather, took wonderdul care of us and remembers our favorite drinks and how we like them, food was delicious and served in perfect timing! A great experience!

   Celebrated a combination birthday/Mother’s Day. Top notch service from the time our group entered the restaurant until we departed. Very classy in giving the 2 mothers in our group a long stem rose. Can’t compliment enough the service provided us by our waiter, Austin. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs/requests. Thank you all for making our evening very enjoyable/memorable.

   New chef in place is doing an astounding job! Steaks were the best I have had for a many years. Perfectly trimmed, super tender, and cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. Noise level was a little bit loud but overall the Oak Room scored a 9 with us.

   We asked for a recommendation. Our server suggested the cap steak, which we had never had. We usually order filet, but the cap steak wins hands down. Our server, Alex is top notch!

   We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here at The Oak Room. Our waiter was gracious and informative of the menu. The meal was more of a culinary experience, from the plating to their amazing desserts. I highly recommend the Cap Steak and enjoyed their amazing tart for dessert.

    Ambiance and service were spot on. Our waitress, Faith, was amazing. The overall bill was a bit pricey but we did have 2 $70 bottles of wine.

    Love the atmosphere- the staff was outstanding & efficient. Apps & salads great. We both ordered the Trout & was disappointed. Presentation was not as expected - kinda ugly for a dish at this quality establishment. It was dry. Needed a sauce. The lyonnaise potatoes were very greasy & had no flavor. They did bring complimentary cheese cake for my birthday. We had a good experience except for the main dish. So - I would recommend but don’t order the trout!

    We were greeted warmly and promptly seated. Our server was prompt and cocktails/appetizer brought in a timely manner. Our entrées were very tasty and sides were delicious. We recommend the Australian Malbec with steak.

    Servers were good , but the bar was under staffed . You could make alot more money by atleast having a waiter working the bar tables and not having people stand in line forever for drinks , etc… This goes for the Bugler also.

    Dinner was excellent!! There were 8 of us and everyone enjoyed their meals. We had steaks that were cooked to perfection. Our waiter was great and it was easy to hear and have conversation. Sammy Hagar was seated next to us and offered us a hello! 😊

    I've been here a couple of times and everything I've had is just stellar. The steaks are seasoned and cooked perfectly. The French onion soup and smoked shrimp cocktail appetizers are to die for!! Previous visit I had Ahi Tuna and it was excellent. Sides are portioned to share easily. Yes it is "pricey" but so very worth it!!

    The Oak Room was a spectacular way to celebrate our anniversary! Our server (Jeff) was so attentive and professional, but also very cordial and friendly. Our meals were very tasty and perfectly prepared. We will be back .... much sooner than our next anniversary!

    The service and the food was impeccable! We have dined at the Oak Room twice now, and it’s a been great both times. I ordered the prime cap steak both times with various sides. If you love the rich complex flavors of aged beef prepared just right, this is the place. They do an excellent job. Drinks & cocktails were smooth and delicious.

    I ordered the daily special of lamb med rare. It was brought to the table cold and raw. It was sent back. The manger came to table to say they where sorry my lamb was brought to me rare. When we was done the bill was brought to the table with no correction on price since it was severed to me raw. I had to ask to get anything done on the price. I would not eat here

    Date night,and first experience at the Oak Room. Dinner, service, and ambience were on point. right off the casino floor but no casino noise at all. I space between tables gave us privacy for a romantic dinner. The food was fabulous! we wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back.

    Food options and taste is off the charts. I love the filet with steak dust along with black & bleu. My husband had the Beef Bourgeoise and thought it was one of his favorite meals. I can’t leave out the bread and butter, it’s so delish! Heather is an exceptional server. She knows the menu and wine list, providing excellent recommendations. She’s a gem and wish all servers had her skills. Can’t wait for my next trip.

    First time with my. Beautiful wife at The Oak. Fantastic food selection and preparation. The filet was perfect and drink’s innovative and reasonable. Our waiter, Austin kept the pace perfect and conversation spot on. We will be pack. (Made reservations at the end of the evening.)
